This company made it right, wow. Customer support reached out and offered to send me replacement parts and a tutorial on how to replace the mechanism to see if that worked. When it didn't work, they sent me 25 dollars in addition to my refund, to cover the fee to dump the faulty treadmill and box. AND THEN THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE! It works like a dream, and I am so impressed with this level of customer service. I absolutely DO recommend this treadmill and company. It's cheaper than all the alternatives and they will make it right!!! It's rare to see a company like this nowadays.
Absolutely disappointing. I researched for hours, read so many reviews, and decided on this treadmill. It arrived 2 days later than they said it did (I got a delivery notice saying it had been delivered, when it hadn't. It didn't show up for 2 more days) and then when I hauled it to the office, got it out of the box, and plugged it in, it doesn't work. It wont turn on at all. I tried switching outlets, flipping the switch on and off, reading the whole manual, everything before reaching out to try and get it rectified. The customer service I've received since then is lackluster at best. I am so frustrated, was so ready to love this treadmill, and really wanted to give a good review. Almost all of the reviews I write are 5 star reviews, but this experience has been so bad, I am unable to give anything but 1 star. I now have to pay the landfill to take the treadmill that never worked. Buyer beware.

Compact, lightweight, easy to use and a really good app to go with it. Pretty much the same as any other model in this price range aside from this one comes with a dedicated app.I’m pretty much at the top of this machines weight limit but it doesn’t struggle at all. Very quiet too.

I purchased this treadmill as it had received a very favourable rating by the Which magazine.I had set up problems with it. 1. I have been unable to download the related App. 2. I initially had problems in getting the remote control to work. 3. I can’t set up a Bluetooth connection between the treadmill and my phone.I contacted the manufacturer about the above issues. While they responded quickly they made it clear that they didn’t officially use Amazon as a retail outlet and they would only deal with warranty type issues if people had ordered directly from themselves.I’m surprised and disappointed that nobody else who purchased on Amazon has encountered this problem and posted an appropriate review or that Which never came across it when researching this product.

Screen info broke after a few uses, also quite loud
Does the job, however the screen information only worked for a few uses (30 mins each use) and now all of the data is incorrect (5 mins shows as just 30 seconds for example) with recordings just stopping randomly.It is much louder than expected, anything over 3 speed and it is as loud as standard gym treadmill.I’m pleased I bought it but personally don’t think it is worth the money due to the volume and lack of accurate data.

The walking pad kept going off line moving left and right when you walked causing friction on the pad . We followed instructions and watched you tube videos and it still moved. Refund was granted

Squeeks after just a month of medium usage
A little over a month and the treadmill started squeaking. Belt always needs adjusting or it goes to the side…We haven’t even used it that much. Like an hour a day 5 days a week not on fastest settingQuite bad overall. I bought it because it was supposed to be silent

This walking pad is perfect for my small apartment and it’s really convenient to fit a walk into my busy schedule since I don’t have to worry about WHERE I’m going to take a walk. It’s a huge time saver vs driving to a park somewhere. I got this for the winter months since I have eczema that does not do well in cold weather but I do love walking to keep active. This walking pad is a lot more quiet than a regular treadmill, but it still does make noise since it IS a machine. It has a button to change modes that you can set goals for time, distance or calories burned which makes it easier to keep track of how much you’ve gotten done. I have seen people complain about using the stop button and it resetting everything from scratch, but if you use one of the modes it pauses it and you can resume easy. There’s also a button on the remote to turn off the beeping noise which I really like. I will say for me, this walking pad is the perfect size since I’m 5’1 and have a shorter stride, but if you are taller and have longer legs it might be difficult at first to learn how to keep a pace as to not fall off the end of the track. It’s also pretty easy to move with the wheels at the front, I move it from underneath my bed to my living room every time I use it and have 0 complaints. Overall I think for the price you can’t beat it. I love using it while I watch TV.

I’ve had this walking pad for over 2 years now and it works great for when I need to get my steps in. I’ve had no issues but I lost the remote during a move and now it’s unusable because I can’t figure out how to contact the seller. If you buy this make sure to tape it together if you ever move 🥹

This treadmill was easy to set up. As close to plug and play as one could hope for. It is small, easy to put away if you don’t want to leave it out non stop. Good all around, especially in this price range.I use it under my standing desk, usually at about 2 mph. I’m 5’11 and it is long enough for me to walk comfortably.The only con is that you HAVE to use the remote to to start the treadmill. The treadmill has a display that let’s you know how fast it’s set to move, but there’s no touch screen or buttons on the device that let you control or adjust it. If the remote disappears or breaks, you can’t use the treadmill anymore. On the pro side, customer service responded quickly and sent me a new remote when mine stopped working.The remote takes the same kind of small batteries that Airtags use, so they last for a long long time.
