THANK YOU..I have jus been diagnosed with hyperthyroid…didnt know where to start with what foods I can and connote eat.
My 16year old daughter started the lemon balm bugle weed d mother's wart. She is in remission and went off the Methimazole should she still take the herbs/vits. What would you do I should say.
As a newbie to gut health, is there any way to overdo it? Like too much of a good thing? Thanks for the informative video!
In our Pakistani culture, we eat the following for healthy digestion or to cure bloating, indigestion and fatigue: raw Ajwain seeds within food or on its own, fennel seed tea, qahwa made of green tea, fresh mint and cinnamon, Kalonji seeds soaked in water, and ginger tea.
I eat all of these except the bone broth, I want to because I know it's so healthy, but it grosses me out so much 🙁 Some of my favorite gut healthy foods are black beans blueberries, quinoa, kale, and sweet potatoes.
it's so conflicting, because on the one hand broccoli, black beans and kale are extremely good for your health, but i've noticed that a lot of the time they also cause a lot of bloating which is very uncomfortable and I'm like hey body just trynna give you the best food possible why don't u like it :') but it definitely loves salmon, avocados and blueberries!

Kombucha doesn't sound good for my laryngopharyngeal reflux. I like fennel seed tea.

I am literally eating almonds right now as I watch this 😁. I love blueberries, salmon is definitely one of my favourites which sadly I haven’t had in awhile. And in the mornings my go to morning drink has a piece of ginger root, a slice of lemon and a cinnamon stick all steeped in hot water. I enjoy drinking this down and the taste of these 3 ingredients are incredible (to me).
