is it possible to make gains with only two workouts per week you really think you're going to build muscle effectively by going to the gym two times a week well yeah you definitely can I've done it plenty of others have done it and if any expert tries to tell you otherwise fire them because they're dead wrong I mean we know that with enough total volume training a muscle just once per week is definitely enough to stimulate significant growth roast lifs do work bodybuilders have used them successfully for decades and that includes natural lifters too we also know that the closer you train to failure the less total sets you'll require and that with strategies like rest paw drop sets and mile reps you can condense even more work into a shorter time frame so with the proper structure in place whether it's upper lower Push Pull or full body a two-day per week plan can allow you to hit each muscle with sufficient frequency and then combined with a high level of effort per set plus optional high-intensity techniques you can still keep each session within a reasonable duration while performing enough total volume to make ongoing progress is training twice per week going to be 100% optimal probably not but that doesn't mean it can still produce very good results

  1. 💪 Get my Free 'No B.S. Hypertrophy & Fat Loss Guide'

➡ Go to SeanGuide.com or DM me the word "guide" on IG and I'll send it over.

Inside you'll learn all the key principles behind proper training, nutrition and supplementation, including:

✔ The primary driver of muscle growth and how to maximize it.

✔ How much volume you actually need to build muscle without going overboard.

✔ Why cardio is overrated for fat loss and what to focus on instead.

✔ The real reason most diets fail and how to make yours simple and sustainable.

✔ How to select the best exercises for muscle growth based on 4 key criteria.

✔ The ideal rep range to maximize gains in the most efficient way.

✔ Meal frequency and timing guidelines to lose fat and gain muscle optimally.

✔ Evidence-based supplements that are actually worth your money.

    ✔ And much more.

  2. minimum 10 (proper) sets/week/muscle or 10 sets/week/muscle group?

  3. It all means nothing without diet. And sleep.

  4. Nope! 5-6 days always!!! I doubt you would want to train 2 times a week only.

  5. I dislike the ironic style, followed by the "twist" reveal; especially when used so frequently.

I strongly trust the info on this channel in its finished substance, tho.

  6. The key is consistency. 2 times a week for a month for gains? for 2 months? 3? nope.. but a year? 2 years? Heck yeah. Working out is a lifetime goal, not a short term gratification fix

  7. What about 1 day a week??
Most of my time is spent on college, tution and travelling… Only Saturday and Sunday are two off days and I can't train two consecutive days, can I??
So what should I do?? Go all out full body workout once a week or less intense workout on two consecutive days??

  8. Remember 2 days a week doesn't state how much time you spend at the gym. If you get plenty of hard work done it's probably going to be better than 3-4 days a week not pushing yourself.

  9. I do two days at the gym plus around 2-3 other days of biking, yoga, ringette, skiing or tennis depending on the season. I feel altheltic and strong!

  10. That's awesome to hear, thank you for making this, its encouraging!

  11. I’ve got a new job I’m starting and the gym I go to is in the opposite direction, if I want to go to the gym after work like I was at my previous job which was only a 28min drive, I now have to drive close to an hour. I can do it, but that much driving takes up a lot of gas, time, etc. I’m going to try for at least three but may get just two and have been worrying if I can still make progress. Thank you for this.

  12. What is 100% optimal? Does anyone train 100% optimal?

  13. At least anything is better na than nothing so 1 2 3 4 5 anyday is better

  14. Hey I’ve done twice a week plenty of times, prefer three times but the circumstances don’t always allow it, but I sure as hell ain’t doing four or more

  15. I see… rn I do 4x a week, and I'm trying to do it daily if I can, but I do feel some body pain so I do it 1 day a part…

  16. I only go once per month, but I stay for eighteen hours

  17. He asked questions and dude acting like he was stating a fact. This mf is a goof

  18. Never underrestimate the time for regeneration.

  19. I know a jacked dude who’s been training 3 days a week for 7yrs straight. The key 7yrs straight. That’s how he’s built the body is by doing it consistently. Most skinny chicks I know that loook like that do yoga and have no ass. Normally run or walk a few miles 3 days a week but they’ve done it for years

  20. The mike mentzer fanboys be saying once a week is optimal

  21. As a beginner. Hell nah, as an advance person yeah sure. That advance person is lifting heavy as weight, louder signal for growth

  22. It gets trickier if the two days are back to back, because normally I would say a fullbody workout should be best, but with no rest days in between, maybe a split is better.

  23. Someone once told me, it’s better than doing nothing at all.
