Love you and your advice! Keep up the great advice and help! Thank you! 👏
I'm 33 year old and have sign and symptoms of menopause… How to prevent it.. Someone can help me
54 and STILL having monthly cycles. Guess this means I'll live forever. 😂
How is your under arm so nice and not stain??? This gets me mad because I try to take care of my skin and my underarm are so dark, I don't understand!
I lived with my mom when she was in perimenopause, but we didn't know anything about this word or what it involves. My very uneducated family (high school grads only) just referred to this time period as "going thru the change". They didn't know how long it took, but they sure witnessed women in our family going thru mental and physical hell. My mom's older sister was nearly institutionalized in the 80's because she acted "crazy, moody and depressed". My own mom had terrible insomnia and fatigue along with bipolar mood swings. I feared this stage of life SO MUCH. Well, I've been suffering for 10 years and I'm 54 now with regular periods still. I started HRT 2 months ago and have been tracking my symptoms. The extreme fatigue from 2:30pm – 6:30pm every day is GONE. My anxiety is totally manageable now. I haven't had a "dark brain" day in 45 days. Dark brain usually lasted 3-10 days around my periods and I was suicid@l on those days. I found a very affordable hormone specialist on ThriveLab.com (not a paid endorsement BTW) and I'm getting better day by day. Just having someone acknowledge my symptoms means the world to me, and is willing to help treat my misery. Thank you Dr Haver for educating the world about older women's health!!
So Dr. Mary, do you think this whole grounding thing has would help any of these menopause symptoms?
suffering is NOT Normal. None of the mainstream doctors are addressing HPA dysfunction whihc is the real cause of women's symptoms. Perimenopause doesnt create these issues, it reveals them. Im so tired of the labels. Women deserve soltions
Im 41 years and allready no bleeding for a year… what would you recommend?

Good job doctor as you brush the heck outta your hair.
Does race matter with menopause

Yeah, I’m losing weight and I still feel crappy
So what can we do?
Are heart palpitations part of it?
Thank you
Please please dont forget those of us in Post Menopause who need advise.
What do women do that stopped their cycle in their 40’s heart disease runs in my family
What "things to do"?
so do you recommend HRTs from a pharmaceutical company or do you recommend BHRTs
It says in the letter suffering is normal
I am so glad you clarified it, suffering is not normal 😊
I hate myself at this stage…
I'm still waiting for the advice part.
Hey Doc, FYl: You Are Going Slightly Mad.

Suffering is NOT normal!
One rule I‘ve learned: never take advice from people who aren’t there where you want to be.
Is it only for me irritating, that she is in her bathroom brushing her hair while she does a video for foreign people?
Could we please have the American Academy of Obstetrics and Gynecology stop asserting estrogen is a coagulant? It is ONLY a coagulant if taken orally, because it because it binds with k-proteins in the liver. My former (I fired her) physician told me estrogen INCREASED risk of heart attack and stroke because it is a coagulant. I told her to read the NIH meta-study on HRT and stop actively harming women.
What ages are “the earlier you go through menopause, the more likely you’ll have cardiovascular disease”? I’m 57, high LDL & Vit D deficient- been post menopause 3 yrs now.
Are you saying treating perimenopause will slow down prevent menopause
Thanks for highlighting the cardiovascular risk. 🙏🏽
Energy drop during menopause is not inevitable, although it follows most of us, and it is solely related to the amount of toxins our body is burdened with. Less energy means stronger toxicity. Personally, I find that healthy nutrition, regular exercise, and the blue liquid — which helps maintain energy and cleanse the body at any stage — work for me. I believe it’s new on the health market, and you can find everything about it in the book The Jewel in the Blue Drop by Alven Morien… a very useful read for every woman.
#1 don’t pull your hair back like this as it causes receding lines & more hair loss
