you will lose PCOS belly fat in four weeks by stacking these habits okay in week one start adding apple cider vinegar to all of your meals you can include it in smoothies salads or take it as a shot it's not a magic potion for losing belly fat but it's a good start for week one week two start making it a habit to get at least five thousand steps in a day if you take a 10 minute walk after breakfast lunch and dinner you'll pretty much get there week three add protein powder to your breakfast smoothie to boost it up to 30 grams of protein if you're using whey protein swap to plant-based protein because whey is made from dairy and that can affect your insulin sensitivity in week four start doing low intensity strength training when you pick up the weights and start doing a slow weighted workout it'll help improve your metabolism so you burn belly fat even after you're done with your workout to try a slow weighted workout check out my feed for more examples and there you have it you actually stacked four habits that'll make a difference in your PCOS weight loss Journey

  7. My body hates apple cider vinegar. Gives me the worst acid.

But listen to me as we have pcos we already have high cortisol and when we walk even 5k steps daily this tend to increase my cortisol level even more i was feeling a little bit better with insulin resisitance but restless and Sleepless and i stopped walking for 2 days only then i was a little bit better with cortisol and again insulin resistence is not in control….what to do..olz auggest smthng …may b strenght traing may help me…I will may try….

  12. Sadly I can't do plant protien it causes gut issues for me. I do whey protein isolate instead. The isolate version has less lactose.
    I just thought I would share in case there are any other people here who can't do the veggie protein.

  18. If you have IBS like me do not do apple cider vinegar it will tear you up. My Dr told me to not take it anymore. I couldn't figure why I kept having issues until she told me that it doesn't work well with IBS

    My doctor asked me lose weight, that's her first and only advice but never said anything about insulin resistance, inflammation, cortisol levels, anything at all.

I am 17 years old and I was diagnosed with pics when I was 14 and the doctor told me to exercise and lose weight so I did and lost the weight and my periods were regular for about 2 years but now it is irregular again. So I will have to lead a healthy lifestyle overall now I understand it then I didn't so hoping to get my regular periods again andfollowing some good advices.
