  1. I don't eat veggies either. I use to because I was forced to by my mother. But after she past away in 2001 that all changed. I eat mostly meats and pastas. The one thing I love to eat is cheese which isn't considered a bodybuilding food. I even put cheese in some my dishes I make. I eat eggs, oats because these are bodybuilding foods. Rice I can take or leave. Not a big fan of rice. As far as getting enough rest I'm a night person. I go to the gym at 12 midnight. Less people in the gym.

  2. Great list/tips, thank you for the healthy habits. #3 is set up a reminder on my I-Watch, added walking the 3 flights of stairs at work…

  3. After age 53 my libido went to 0 despite my best efforts. Unfortunately, this won't help. Mom used to say "getting old ain't for sissies" unless that is your kink my son.

  4. Age, body size, climate, activity level and lifestyle all influence how much water your body really needs. Source: Journal Science

  5. Thank you for the tips!

  6. What is the best hair removal product?

  7. I agree with you Gary walker

  8. Some vital information here.

  9. You don't need carbs . zero

  10. Yep….water is my bad habit…. it makes me lazy.

  11. Who gets 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night? Kids and jobs kind of screw that up.

  12. I eat shit foods before bed. Sleep like shit. Drink beer. And guess what…. it shows

  13. No stop drinking beer? Think ya missed one.

  14. Very valuable advice, very true, but almost impossible to implement. Anyway, many thanks and God bless you too, Gary🙂

  15. 1. Water
    2. Greens
    3. Move every 30min
    4. Handly stress (Alcohol)
    5. Late night snacking
    6. Sleep

  16. Late night snacks? Potato chips, hmm, potato is a vegetable. Chocolate is made from vegetables too, not from meat.

  17. I'm guilty of #'s 5 & 6. I stay up until midnight-1:00 AM, then drag out of bed at 8:00 AM or around there. The snacking I do is usually nuts (pecans or cashews), blueberries and protein powder mixed with plain yogurt…that kind of thing. I'm going to work on these, thanks for the great videos you guys make.
