  33. I have PCOS testosterone dominate.. but really my DHEA levels are high (I think it was called DHEA)…. I don’t really have issues with weight managing yet, but lately my gut looks bloated no matter what, so I’m guessing that’s insulin resistance? 🙁 also what’s ovasitol for?

  35. Why ovasitol? I’ve been researching and researching… it starts with the egg said not to do chiro inositol… just myo.. even the book you suggest PCOS sos recommends just myo inositol. Why are there so many conflicting things? Ugh!

So I have been take ovasitol for months now twice a day as recommended and I just haven’t been noticing a difference and my periods are still mia. 😢 I see so many women saying it’s been helpful for them so idk what I’m missing. I’m also gluten and dairy free for 2 months so far and I have over 30 grams of protein at breakfast without carbs. All these changes are tough to not see any results. My fatigue is also still bad and I try to do the slow weighted workouts but I can’t seem to do it more than twice a week. The exhaustion is real.
