welcome to today's emotional regulation session we're going to deeply release and let go of emotions that have accumulated and stressed out our nervous system today we will have three rounds and in each round we will have two types of breath the first type of breath is called Breath of Fire and that's where we feel our lungs and we quickly exhale again and again and it looks like this you want to feel your stomach shooting towards the back of your spine every time you exhale and now I'll demonstrate the second type of breath which is going to be called alkaline breath and that's simply when we take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth okay we're ready to get started with the first round start with Breath of Fire [Music] and now we'll switch to alkaline breath in three 2 [Music] 1 now double speed now we're going to take a deep breath in and hold in three 2 one take a deep breath in and squeeze your body and let it go and hold your breath out for a few [Music] moments let go of all thinking no future no past just this very moment [Music] [Music] [Music] we've got 10 seconds left now take a deep breath in and [Music] hold and let it go now breathe normally for a few moments as we get started with the second round exactly as the first one one start with Breath of [Music] Fire and now we'll switch to alkaline breath in three 3 2 [Music] 1 now double speed now we're going to take a deep breath in and hold in three 2 one take a deep breath in and squeeze your body [Music] and let it go and hold your breath out for a few [Music] moments let go of all [Music] thinking no future no past just this very moment [Music] [Music] [Music] we've got 10 seconds left [Music] now take a deep breath in and [Music] hold and let it go now let your breath return to normal before we start the third and final round start with Breath of Fire [Music] [Music] and now we'll switch to alkaline breath in 3 2 1 [Music] now double speed now we're going to take a deep breath in and hold in three 2 one take a deep breath in and squeeze your [Music] body and let it go and hold your breath out for a few moments [Music] let go of all [Music] thinking no future no past just this very moment [Music] [Music] we've got 10 seconds [Music] left now take a deep breath in and hold [Music] and let it go now we've come to the end of the final round keep on sitting here for a few more moments feeling into the Bliss of your body to the presence and allow anything that wants to be felt to be felt and I will see you in the next Journey [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
