Explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and transform your daily routine with Dincharya – the Ayurvedic concept that aligns your activities with the natural dosha cycles. In this insightful video, discover the essence of balancing your vata, pitta, and kapha doshas for optimal physical and mental well-being.

Start your day with the Kapha phase (6 am to 10 am) by embracing morning rituals like warm water with lemon, tongue scraping, and rejuvenating physical activities. Learn how to maintain energy levels at work with short breaks, prayers, and a nutritious breakfast.

Transition into the Pitta phase (10 am to 2 pm) – your most productive hours. Manage work-related stress, fuel your body with a hearty lunch, and incorporate short walks to aid digestion.

️ Embrace the Vata phase (2 pm to 6 pm) with conscious relaxation, nature connection, and herbal teas. Explore how to unwind after work, prepare for bedtime during the second Kapha phase (6 pm to 10 pm), and prioritize family time.

Dive into the night phases – Pitta (10 pm to 2 am) for restful sleep, and Vata (2 am to 6 am) for cellular repair. Discover the importance of a fixed bedtime for healing and rejuvenation.

Align your daily rhythm with nature's cycles and witness the transformative power of Dincharya in creating discipline and productivity in your life. Join us on this journey to harmonize your routine with the universe and experience the benefits of Ayurveda.

One question: wouldn't it make more sense to first do oral care and then drink water? When I wake up in the morning it feels as if something has died inside of my mouth, the last thing I want is to swallow whatever is on my tongue and teeth.

I am a nurse and altho we do have days that are quite chill, there are some where we do not have time to go to the bathroom, eat or even drink from the amounts of work. I do try my best to go and hide in the bathroom for a couple of minutes to breathe and calm down.

    Thank you for this! 🙂
