I so enjoy your common sense approach to set yourself up for success with eating this way. Really does encourage someone like myself who is just jumping in the water. Thank you, Reebs & Dillon.

As a truck driver that only gets one home-cooked meal a week. Most of my food I eat cold while driving in the dark. And being super picky and not a veggie lover. I’d like to try Whole Foods plant based but I just do not like vegetables. I would have a very small menu. What do you suggest? I am on keto right now and that sucks too.🤣 I did try no fat PB for about a week, but all my blood sugars were constantly 200+. It would not go down Type 2
I love how you've said it. So true. Thank you so much.
I'm trying but yes its overwhelming & seems like so much time & work! Dinners are the hardest to figure out
❤❤❤
Wow thank you really good advice
OMG. Thank you thank you so much for this video. We have only been WFPB for a few months and the first month just killed me trying to cook all this food- I was so overwhelmed.. plus I’m not losing weight… then I stumbled on you! I was looking for videos about how to lose weight on plant based and came upon your calorie density.. I just bought two cook books and have watched several videos. This on is so refreshing. thanks for your hard work on this and caring about us.
This makes so much sense 😊
Amen brother….
Thanks for the great video 🤗🤙
really I loved this video this is everything that just needs to be said 💪
This is exactly what I needed to hear !!!! Thank you
Thanks for this, i love your approach, its a refreshing difference. 😎
It’s so refreshing to hear someone talking sensibly and pragmatically about sustainable healthy eating, and steering people away from unsustainable calorie restriction and fad diets.
Wow. I loved this video. Simplicity is the biggest key.
I saw a video about eating the peels of carrots and I’m like but sometimes the peels are icky!! lol thank you Dillion
You guys are the bomb! Seriously. 👍
Needed to hear the Plantrant today!! Now for a big bowl of potato/ corn chowder!
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Thank you! I have been considering returning to a plant based diet, but my mind is already falling into these traps. I went in all or nothing a few years ago, and health greatly improved, but the lifestyle was not sustainable, I had made it too difficult. I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm looking forward to watching and learning more!
Brilliant video, thank you so much. Yes, let's find our own delicious forever diet, I'm enjoying the journey and tweaking but it's basically the same simple, hearty and filling meals, I love them so much, I no longer wish to reintroduce chocolate pastries or crisps/chips into my diet, they're triggering foods and I don't need them. I deserve to maintain my slim weight and regained health.
I am newly vegetarian and making vegan dinners. Rainbow Life (on You Tube) has a meal planning subscription that has been amazing! I've been learning how to prepare wonderful vegan dishes!
Great video! The best advice for anyone and everyone living this way!
I’ve been vegan for 2 years and haven’t eaten meat in 4 years. Ever since I stopped eating meat my chest will randomly feel tight and heavy and it almost hurts me. It comes randomly and some days it doesn’t happen at all, but recently the feeling in my chest won’t go away. It keeps me up at night and gives me an unbearable amount of anxiety. I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get it checked out but I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Or if anyone has any suggestions for me? Could this be from not eating enough calories? I am very underweight and I’ve been neglecting my body for a long time now and I just don’t know what to do to make myself feel better.
Love it!!! Great message!!!
I am so appreciative of your words they are truth!
Our thoughts, energies as well as food can keep us happy and healthy, It is all about balance! What we think & feel about ourselves and the food we eat keeps us from DIS-EASE. Balance is joyful!
The love of my life always says, "Keep it simple, silly. You'll be happier" 😂
Excellent advice. Thank you.
Dillon and Reebs. Would you help make a delicious potato soup. Mine just isn’t tasty. Help. Recipe idea!
My motto for 2024 is Peace over Perfection.
It takes very little volume to fill me up and satisfy thankfully!
Thank You! I am a Newbie to Plant Based. I have been watching Plant Based videos and reading books for a few years but it took me this long to really get off the fence. I am 3 weeks in and I am loving this way of eating. I thank you for simplifying this way of eating. Look forward to watching and learning more.
L❤VE these rants!!!🎉❤
Thank goodness for some common sense!
Just eat the healthy wholefood plant-based foods you fancy, listen to your body- it knows what it needs.
As hunter gatherers, we ate what was right in front of us-Every day or even each mouthfull was unique.
Tried the daily dozen & gbombs, but got tired of the filling-in & checking off- I realised that it gave me a road map to meander along.
I do enjoy your Plant Rants, you could go and resurrect your old ones from years ago and they are still relevant today.
I made your Sheet pan Tofu scramble that I’m currently eating. Sooo good 👍.
I haven’t figured out how to post a picture on the facebook group, 🫣🤭🤫.
Love your work 🤘🤘
Wise words.
Well said!
Thank you I needed this advice
"Why eat the middle of the potato?" Lol! Ty for these reminders!
Sounds right
I was counting my calories when I started plant-based. Now I am stuck. So, now I am switching it up to be more like what you do. Eat until I am full.
I try to stick with the GBOMBS daily intake but always run out stuff, that, of course, gives me stress because I feel like I'm failing and my health won't improve 😞…….then, I try to get organic as much as I can but the damned store doesn't have much to choose from. I'm terrified about the glyphosate toxic contaminated foods because my whole family died of cancers of every kind……so I get the frozen microwave in the bag veggies for convenience so I won't waste food due to spoilage etc. But I'm always stressed about the pesticide issue. I do like making a giant instant pot dish to have all week long with some grains or potatoes on the side.
Your plant rants help keep it real and attainable for me…..thanks 🙏
I have been plant based for several years. With a large hiatal hernia, I eat several small meals throughout the day. My son, not plant based, also likes my food. That makes it hard to cook enough to get me through a week or two without needing to cook every day. For the time being, everything I eat needs to be soft until I can get dentures. Currently no upper teeth.
Many people who have tons of food sensitivities or they have chronic illness, they usually have to stick with organic food. For example me, I get very bad reaction to many foods which are not organic quality. I'm fixing the gut right now but it's a long process. But I personally have to follow organic foods, because my body doesn't like any extra chemicals. Anyway I loved your video and it's really comforting in many aspects 🙂
"Show off to yourself." Love this! Your common sense approach is like a breath of fresh air — thank you!
Hurray! Dillon is back with a Plantrant! This is such great info for us (decades long) compulsive calorie counters. I love your practical, realistic approach to actually LIVING this lifestyle rather than turning it into a new project that I can transfer my obsessive tendencies on to. 😄 "Who wants to live that life?" Excellent question — almost feels too good to be true!
I love your recipes! It saves me so much time and they are so tasty! Thanks for this video!
