  1. I have vitiligo my dad has rumatoid arthritis and vitiligo. I noticed more after i got vitiligo i was affected to some fairy foods.

  2. Tried AIP diet for two days now and that's enough for me, one more day and i think i will be hospitalized. I have vitiligo and a bit more susceptibility to join pain than the average guy, but not overweight and no stomach problems with "normal" healthy food, other than eggs which i avoid. But replacing the bread and cheese with bananas, all kinds of coconut products, avocados, sweet potatoes, it made me feel like all of my intestines are inflamed and swollen. Can't be good. Will just focus on clean healthy food, all types. The AIP foods are all "hard to digest" foods to me. I come from northern Europe. My forefathers were farmers, probably since the Yamnaya culture merged with the hunter/gatherer cultures some 5000-7000 years ago. They survived starvation on wheat porridge. Their diet was based on wheat and dairy and occasionally meat. For thousands of years. I refuse to believe that it's toxic to me. But for example bread, is not just bread. Make a sourdough bread with one of the ancient strains of wheat and it has almost nothing in common with the supermarket white bread.

  3. Are beans, lentils and tofu ok? I've heard mixed things

  4. Ive been having a tough time with dairy. I had to buy lactaid milk and i cant taste a difference. My wallet certainly can though 😂. $6.99 for a wannabe gallon lol.

  6. How right this woman is! I have Graves and quit gluten when I had a new episode and they wanted to remove my thyroid through surgery. After 2 weeks the endocrinologist called and asked what I had done since my levels had gone back to normal. I told him I had only quit gluten. He became quiet for half a minute which is a long time in a doctors call and then he said "Well…we (doctors) dont know everything"

As I type this I lay in bed with a fever, muscle pain, diarheea and nauseausness…I ate milk. Serves me right!

Common doctors dont know these things but natural doctors do. ❤❤

  7. I have Morbus Basedow and I managed to lay it to rest ony own. without medication. I followed the medical medium book how to heal your thyroid and i did strict 2 years of all the right things. I don't even know where to begin. I did everything to be healthy again BUT the most helpful thing was getting rid of my toxic relationship!!!it was mostly psychosomatic in my case. I'm healthy now and I'm not strict anymore🎉

  13. What could someone with these issues do: Possible Causes for the Symptoms:

The symptoms the person is experiencing—low blood pressure, poor circulation, and blood pooling—might be caused by:

    1. Histamine Intolerance: Foods like strawberries, blueberries, chocolate, cinnamon, and flaxseeds, as well as beverages like coffee and tea, can trigger histamine release, leading to vasodilation and drops in blood pressure.
    2. Vasodilation Effects: Ginger, chocolate, coffee, and tea contain compounds that relax blood vessels, potentially lowering blood pressure.
    3. Nutrient Interactions: Foods high in magnesium (e.g., flaxseeds, dark chocolate) or other bioactive compounds may influence vascular relaxation.
    4. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities: Hemp seeds, peas, chicory root, and other items could trigger sensitivities affecting circulation.
    5. Underlying Conditions: Conditions like POTS or Raynaud’s may be exacerbated by these foods and beverages.
