I just read your book! Do you have a recommendation or a link that gives info for keeping weight on or gaining weight while I do the 21 day program? So many sites and books are geared towards losing weight. I am trying to heal my gut to try to gain weight as I am underweight now and highly inflamed and very uncomfortable. Taking sugar out has helped tremendously in the past when I keep up with it but i lose pounds and Im not sure I can lose any more.
What to do if because of adhesions due to previous surgeries I am not to eat raw veggies or fruit that has skins on.
Old timers I knew from Italy have said it’s not good to eat raw vegetables especially upon aging because of digestion reasons but I’ve never researched it.
Dr Livingood is the best, I am going into my 4th challenge and I am 45 pounds lighter from 230 when I started November 2020 and now at 185. I had lower back issues and a bad knee. Now I have my range of motion back. I am glad I follow this doctor. You can as well.
Does it have to be organic?
So important to aim for organic, GMO-free and clean foods. when you eat conventionally grown foods, you’re also ingesting toxins (including pesticides) added to them in the production process, or from environmental pollution. Many of these toxins cause an invader-fighting response from your white blood cells, which contributes to inflammation!
Thanks for your videos! I have been struggling with pretty severe Costochondritis for almost 9 years. Time to put myself on a strict anti-inflammatory diet. Have you had any experience with people that have this disorder?
