Perry so last Sunday I was laying in bed I was watching this awful rom-com holding on to a pint of Ben and Jerry's frozen yogurt and tears are just starting streaming down my face over this D movie like oh my gosh what is wrong with me I must have the worst case of sundae blues ever and then I realized the date it wasn't Sunday blues at all it was PMS we've all been victims of PMS and we're all two always trying to figure out how we can help ourselves feel better during this time of the month well I'm going to give you some natural ways of curing PMS I'm sorry unfortunately it's not good IVA and Domino's here we go number one exercise so there have been studies that have actually shown that women that exercise not just during the days leading up to their period but our regular exercisers have way better PMS symptoms so even though it's usually the last thing on your mind when you're crampy and bloated it's great to get up get outside go to the gym and exercise number two relaxation so certain relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga tend to really help with PMS symptoms so the week before head to the yoga studio number three magnesium so taking magnesium in the days leading up to your period is a great help for the bloating and the discomfort that we feel with water retention next calcium taking 1200 milligrams of calcium daily in those days leading up to your period and throughout can also really help with the muscle cramps that we feel so I don't know maybe my bed injuries wasn't so bad and lastly change your diet so again like I said I don't mean chocolate but what you want to do is start eating foods that are rich in iron and also complex carbohydrates such as legumes and grains these will really help those symptoms so hopefully this helped some natural ways that you can help cheer your PMS and hopefully next month better than this one please leave some comments and questions and any other topics you'd like me to discuss thanks you
