hey guys we're going to go over two quick easy ways that you can break yourself out of this posture and help yourself feel better first thing is actually taking that chin and thinking about tucking it back not down not up but straight back and somebody call this the chicken once because it kind of looks like a chicken the second part of that sitting up tall squeezing gently into those shoulder blades so that we're opening up the front of that chest but it's not for dear life gentle squeeze down and back

  15. Nice cues but , people should know this will not correct their bad posture if they have weak and imbalanced muscles. Obviously poor daily habits will contribute to this as well. Alot of people have zero control of the traps and scapula. The best posture is to keep changing posture! Motion is lotion

  23. My physical therapist also told me to pretend I’m holding a tray with flat palms up….so when I walk the dog I usually pick up a stick and hold it in front of me. It really works. My Dad was so cool as I was growing up taller and taller to 5’9”. He would come up behind me and place his thumbs gently behind my shoulders and whisper “stand up straight, honey” and that has stuck with me till now at 73. Dear sweet papa…miss him.
