The sympathetic nervous system is the body’s emergency response center.
What state is yours in? 🤔

An overactive sympathetic nervous system can result in:

Heightened stress and anxiety 😰
High blood pressure 📈
Poor digestion 🍽️
Poor sleep 🛌
Decreased immune function 🦠
Increased muscle tension 💪

This sound bath was designed to disengage the sympathetic nervous response. 🎶
I’ve utilized slow, low, and predictable tones for deep penetration within the body… Allowing the feedback loop in the nervous system to slow down. 🧘‍♂️

As you listen, follow this visualization exercise:
Picture a large control panel inside your body with 10 switches.
Imagine that each switch controls a portion of your body’s emergency response system.
One at a time, with every deep breath you take…
Turn one of these switches to the off position and imagine a piece of machinery slowing to a halt. ✋
Continue to disengage all 10 switches with each breath you take,
with the final switch, feel yourself enter a state of total relaxation; all systems disengaged.

  23. it’s been a rough last few days, had to put my best friend to sleep on friday night but played this video on repeat for the last day and at the moment he took his last breath, he went at ease. i want to thank you for the countless nights you’ve eased my brain, me and my cat Mingo would fall asleep to your sounds almost every night because i have sleeping issues. but he would genuinely love them.   32. Box breathing can help with anxiety and stress. Breathing slowly from the belly, count to 4 breathing in, hold for 4, breath out for 4, hold for 4, and so on. Chanting is good, also prayer, meditation, contemplation and also qi gong and I imagine also yoga. Essential oil of lavender is useful in this respect also.
