the five pillars of every longevity died in the world are whole grains greens tubers like sweet potatoes nuts and beans and in fact if you're eating about a cup of beans a day it's probably adding about four years to your life expectancy they are eating some meat but on average only about five times per month way less fish and fewer eggs than you would think no cow's dairy in blue zones by the way and when they're drinking it's mostly water about six glasses a day teasing coffee because if you want to know what a centenarian eight to live to be a hundred you have to know what they were eating when they were 10 and when they were young adults in middle age and retired you can't just ask a centenarian what they've been eating lately and what emerges is a very clear pattern whether you're in Asia Europe Latin America United States they're eating 90 to 100 Whole Food plant-based

  6. Sorry. You are totally WRONG! By about 25 years in checking your research documentation. Please show us YOUR research backing your dietary claims! And, by the way, blue zones are a myth. They don't exist! And the people in these regions do not eat what you claim they eat. I would pelt you with raw eggs. But they are the perfect food so l won't waste them. You think l'm wrong?     He is in perfect health and Drink Beer, Whiskey, Wine, Cereal and Milk everyday lol…and Smokes Cigars all his life.

Cenentarians don’t eat gut damaging poison glyphosate and other chemical fertilizers, processed sugars and high fructose corn syrup, they don’t get no anual eugenicist vaccines, thier water source isn’t fluoridated. Most of them live in a natural ha at and grow thier own organic food without chemicals. I’m smarter than this stoopid doctor, you’re welcome

  18. I just watched a video on blue zone. He was probably a carnivore advocator. He kept saying "LOOK, THEY ATE MEAT IN BLUE ZONE"! However, he didn't give a complete picture of how often/much or what was their complete daily diet. How to take these ppl seriously!?

    The diet of these populations is practically an inversion of what this guy is spouting.

  28. Guys dont be dumb and fall for this bs. the foods this guy is talking about, they dont even exist in our natural environment. Natural diet for humans is meat, other animal products, and some fruits, all of these can be eaten raw straight from nature. Unlike some inedible grains or legumes. Okinawa has been called pork island because of how much pork they eat. Hong kong has the longest lifespan and they eat the most meat/pork in the world.

  29. My great grandfather lived to be 101. He ate food off his land and native to Mississippi. He ate pork but never chicken. He ate buttermilk and cornbread but never cereal. Everything was 100% homemade. Not one ounce of boxed food in the home. He moved 90% of the day as well

  32. I ponder to myself that genetics are a huge factor. One example my heritage is scandinavian on my mothers side and irsh on my fathers. I feel great with dairy. I've experimented with being dairy free and saw no benefit other than feeling less satisfied. My thought is because dairy was common in Northern Europe my body is well suited for it while someone whose heritage comes from regions where dairy was not common may not be well adapted to digesting it. Furthermore I always bloat and feel like garbage when I eat rice yet many people handle it just fine. However I can eat oats, wheat and potatoes without issue
