  5. You must body must be "healthy fat" adapted first before you stop sugar cold turkey so it wont be a painful process. Keep ur protein and healthy fat higher and carbs much lower😊

  12. Including all fruits, carbs, and some veggies like potatoes, carrots. Seems like everything is sugar but leafy greens, coniferous veggies, some cheese and milks but yuk meant but ugh. Fish is good. And nuts and avocado. Even coconut has sugar. So my meals are fish and salad with olive oil, olives, some pumpkin seeds. Or veggie soup no potatoes, no tomatoes, no carrots. Tea and an egg with spinach for breakfast.
