ABSOLUTELY Incredible. I been doing yoga since I was a teen. I discovered on my own the Cobra pose significantly help me to relax, sleep better and bring down stress. I can think of dozens of times over the years where I litteraly only did this one pose before bed

Hansaji. I am 73 yrs.old. My PP level is always between 12 and 14 I.e. 216 to 252. Fasting is mostly normal between 98 and 126. Will these asanas help me in controlling sugar level
