10 Keto One-Pan Recipes with Easy Cleanup
Keto one-pan meals are the perfect thing to whip up after a long day at work or just when you don't have much energy left in the day. With very little cleanup and a fast, delicious meal in under 30 minutes, one-pan meals will be your new go-to recipes that will become a staple in your household.
Feel free to add more vegetables (like sauteed cabbage, roasted broccoli, roasted cauliflower, roasted brussels sprouts) to your dishes if you're looking for something a bit bulkier. You can usually toss those in the oven and have the rest of the meal ready by the time they're done.
If you want to add your own spin, sub out different meats and vegetables to your liking and tastes!

Chicken thighs are so…..good
Ground Beef Stroganoff-
Medium heat 2 tablespoons butter with one – 3 clove minced garlic or garlic powder. 1 ½ pounds ground beef. Cook with salt, pepper, onion or onion powder to taste set aside. (remember, you will use less powder concentrate than you would fresh ingredients).
16 oz sliced mushrooms and 2 tablespoons water cooked till mushroom soft and add then set aside on top of beef.
1 1/2 cup sour cream cooked over low heat with teaspoon paprika or less. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking sherry. You can also do less of the sour cream and replace it with heavy whipping cream.
Mix in all previously cooked ingredients along with one tablespoon lemon juice or braggs amino or Worcestershire sauce.
Optional garnish with 3 – 4 tablespoons tablespoons chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
Optional garnish with up to half a cup of shredded Parmesan.
Optional serve over spaghetti squash for a low carb noodle alternative, Easily cooked in the microwave. Add a cup of beef broth to flavor after cooking, removing seeds, and shredding with a fork to make “noodles.”
Optional serve with green beans, Brussels sprouts, cabbage hash, Zucchini, yellow squash, delicata squash, spaghetti squash, or keto garlic cheddar mug bread.
Creamy tomato chicken thigh- Half a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese with salt and pepper to taste mixed. Wet six chicken thighs and coat with mixture.
Use 1/4 cup oil from jarred sun-dried tomatoes, or avocado oil. Sea tail brown on both sides, chicken in oil.
Set chicken aside to use oil for sauce.
Add four, crushed cloves of garlic
1/2 or 1 cup of sun-dried(higher carb warning)
1 tablespoon Italian season (mix,cook till soft)
1 1/2 cup heavy cream.
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and all leftover topping from beginning.
Add chicken back in and cook till cooked.
Optional- Serve over mashed cauliflower, add in cauliflower rice, or serve with vegetable such as Rosemary grilled asparagus, or green beans.
Cabbage Hash- 6 ounces sliced bacon or bacon bits, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 pound sliced cabbage, cooked together till golden brown, salted and peppered. Over easy eggs on side optional.
