  1. Veganism gave me suicidal depression. Went carnivore and it saved my life and marriage. Lost 25 pounds of inflammation and fat. Have a six pack at 32 for the first time in my life and am never hungry and eat whenever I want.

  2. Bi2 is produced in a healthy gut by bacteria. The same as a cow or a horse or any other animal herbivore, omnivore or carnivore
No animal with a healthy gut needs to consume B12. Including humans. When will you guys update yourselves to what vegans have known since the discovery of B12.
B12 was first heard about in the second half of the twentieth century.
Healthy vegans have been around for thousands of years. Thousands of years before we knew anything about vitamins.
People that consume large amounts of meat and dairy and don't eat enough fiber or people that take antibiotics destroy the bacteria in the gut that makes B12. And they become deficient even though they are eating B12.
B12 talken by mouth is not absorbed. Only B12 made by bacteria in the gut is!

  3. Low fat, high carb large array of nutrition

  4. I have been plant based for years and have never felt better.

  5. After a breast cancer scare, I decided to become vegan. I ate green veg, mostly spinach, nuts; grains; fruit, granola.
I continued with my exercise regime, but found that my fitness level was beginning to fall. During an Aqua Aerobic class, I felt extremely unwell and was forced to leave the pool.
A few days later, I saw my GP, who took a blood test. On the same day, just before midnight, I received a call from a Forensic Doctor who was extremely concerned. He advised me to dial 999, emergency in the UK, and request an ambulance, to take me to the nearest hospital, and have a blood transfusion. My HP count was 7.5, at the time of the blood test and had fallen, yet again to 7.0. The normal is between 12 and 14. I had the transfusion and returned the following day for two iron infusions. My HP went up to 8.2. A week later, I had a further iron infusion. In order to find causation, variously procedures were carried out; all were negative.
My anaemia was caused solely from eating a vegan diet.
I returned to a balanced diet of carbohydrates, protein (meat) and dairy. My last blood test was normal.
The Vegan diet isn’t for everybody and, before commencing, it is imperative that you consult your GP.

  6. Great message… "The food of the future will be fruit and grains. The time will come when meat will no longer be eaten. Medical science is only in its infancy, yet it has shown that our natural food is that which grows out of the ground." – Baha'i Faith
