  11. Kettlebells are the worst way to work out. Using momentum to move takes tension OFF the muscle. Why would you find a way to cheat if you’re trying to grow? Momentum is also a great way to get injured.

  12. I'm in my 70s and do that with dumbells as part of a HIIT workout. It runs up the heart rate very quickly. But doing it for 10 minutes straight? Naw.

  27. Makes this look so easy, but we all know how completely wrecked you feel doing these after a few rounds

  28. Skip the barn door part and go straight for the press. The barn door part adds nothing because the resistance here is gravity so hinging your arms open like that will add nothing to your routine. It's easier and better to just go straight into the press from the clean.
