Btw, I’m from Seattle, and TOTALLY relate to the Beast Mode poster…. We are all huge Marshawn Lynch fans…🏈 keep up the good work!

  3. This is the only workout video I have used off and on for the past 12 years. Doing this routine provides quick results in strength, flexibiity and decreased waist size. During the past 12 years I have suffered from sciatica episodes and fluctuating weight gains. I'm now a lazy and retired 70 years old so I find 15 minutes of exercise is something I can do. Thanks Coach!

  11. I have been doing these exercises regularly. Not only do they clear my head but they give me much more zest for life and make it possible for me to walk without a cane & remain in my own house. Thankyou Hasfit for making this all possible. I am now 94.

  12. I'm 73 and love this no impact but effective program. I started this during Covid too but got lazy. So I'm determined to add this routine for a reasonable time, then will up my game to an 8 pound kettle bell for additional strength. We'll see how that goes. In addition, walking 45 minutes 5-6days and dietary tweeks! Wish me luck!
