I did something called intermittent fasting and I ate from like noon to about 6:00 p.m. that was my window to eat and what did I eat in that time pretty much just healthy boring stuff there was a lot of chicken breast there was a lot of lean protein a lot of vegetables I might have like corn tortillas with some eggs a lot of avocado good clean healthy fats tons of coffee black I'm like a cowboy you know I drink my coffee black

    Its definition in my belly is already hitting
    I love black ice coffee so this helps the issue is trying to get your calories in one meal
    I go from 4-5 eating one big meal.

    Kinda rough but i think im gunna stick with it

    I kinda cheated today with chipotle but as long as its not just straight up pasta and mostly meat and veg itll help your mood and about 20 other amazing side effects

  28. Need to stay away from meat and dairy while fasting. Fruits is all you should eat. Intermittent fasting is a good way to get your mind and body ready for a full fast. Meat takes days to digest in your system. It’s rotting flesh in your system, worms, parasites, etc. just fruits when you want to heal your body ❤

  33. Just completed by first ever 36 hour water only fast. Felt like I could go longer. Feel great and lighter, some spurts here and there of tiredness but actually pretty alert and attentive for most of it.
    I’ll try a 48 hour one soon.

  34. Fasting changed my life. I do intermittent every day, and prolonged fasting once a month (48 to 72h, sometimes more).
