  13. Good thing eggs and nuts are my favorites. i also like milk but my body and skin has a reaction when I consume lots of dairy. I don't think I'm lactose intolerant though. it's just that I develop eczema and my stomach gets bloated when I consume dairy.

  28. Too much iodine can cause hypothyroidism or make it much worse. Hypothyroidism is when the body can no longer process iodine into the compounds it needs. It's like sugars and diabetics.
