30 Minute Full Body Strength Workout [No Equipment + Modifications]

  2. When I was 13 years old, I was low on self-esteem and I wanted to change that. Scrolling through YouTube I found this vid, and even until now, I always use this video whenever I do a full body workout. Over time, my muscular endurance and strength increased, so I plan to repeat this video twice to build longer sets and reps 🙂 Doing this for over a year 2-3 times a week has greatly improved my confidence and my overall physical appearance.
    I learned to engage different muscles in my body, like my core and glutes!

    HAHA One time, I screamed out of joy because I was able to do 25 regular pushups with the correct form AND without taking rest. I looked in the mirror and smiled at the girl who worked hard every rainy and sunny days! I thought it was silly at first, but I was so happy because something DID change: my self-esteem! So, I’m really grateful that I stumbled upon this vid. Because through this, I discovered that seeing the results I want is being consistent and having a growth mindset. Thanks, guys!
