five dietary secrets of the longest living individuals that I try to copy the first secret involves maximizing the consumption of fruits and veggies with a goal of reaching about 5 to 10 servings every day secondly I make sure to have a handful of nuts selecting varieties free from sugar excessive salt and unhealthy oils thirdly I try to consume a cup of legumes daily such as chickpeas pinto beans lentils or black beans these are super healthy because of the content of fiber and protein the fourth secret is incorporating healthy oils like extra virgin olive oil into our daily diet lastly the fifth secret is to steer clear off processed foods like this share with your loved ones
