[Music] [Music] good morning I just finished reading John and proverb and I just started reading this book and so he's talking about how positive emotions the science is showing that positive emotions help us actually accomplish more we all want to be productive because we want to do more of what matters to us not because we need to hustle and prove ourselves or show our worth and then I just read in Proverbs a joyful heart is good medicine Proverbs says I stewarded my life and my time and my habits and my decisions well a joyful heart is good medicine it really is medicinal [Music] [Music] so once again some very po [Music] it's a little bit further down here this one more [Music] time Chef bow is coming in with our dinner tonight I whipped up this really easy salad by the way my favorite dressing is so easy it's just apple cider vinegar a little bit of Honey or maple syrup and then fresh olive oil I get fresh olive oil from the farm and I feel like it makes such a difference if you can find local fresh it's just so Del delicious and then a fresh squeeze of lemon juice and some salt and pepper and it is absolutely delicious and then these are the beans from well B always makes them and they're so good he always puts in extra garlic because it just tastes amazing so we have that and then we have some local grass-fed skirt steak and some artichokes which are fantastic for the liver I am so excited to eat this dinner this looks amazing honey oh and you made some that's right he caramel he threw in some onions at the last second after the steak and that looks amazing I'm so excited to eat this Mister this is he thinks he's going to get something off of my fingers cuz we just finished having dinner which was phenomenal and I want to show you and go through my night routine if you're on the email list you already know it's so simple but I'm telling you I naturally woke up this morning before my alarm like at 5:15 I think it was like 5:116 to be exact this is how I wake up early this is how I've been waking up early this is how I've been getting the best sleep ever falling asleep staying asleep I take a shower I take a warm shower which really helps your body at least I have really just found it to really help my body regulate temperature so step number one is take warm shower step number two is turn off all overhead lights and turn on turn on light the candles light the candles candle light and then I put on fux I think that's what it's called it's F luux flux on my laptop and that is what gets rid of the blue light so you're really just optimizing your circadian rhythm turning off that blue light shut off my phone and then I make my sleepy cocoa I make my sleepy cocoa and I'm going to show you how I've been doing it I just do a scoop of my dream and then I've been adding in the chocolate element and literally I just sleep like a baby I sleep so well honestly like if you're having a hard time winding down in general this is like the perfect drink because the sodium in the element helps to regulate and lower okay goodbye maer helps to lower adrenaline like if you feel like your heart is pounding out of your chest and you just have a really hard time like in your body just kind of constantly feeling like you are in fight or flight this is the drink for you how cool is it though that it's like something as simple as that that God made something as salt to be regulating adrenaline and really helping to lower adrenaline so if you feel like your heart's just pounding out of your chest you feel like that Adrenaline Rush literally You Feel the Rush in your body and you have a hard time winding down and relaxing this is the drink for you and it's so easy and it's like I look forward to it every single night and it tastes Walking pad now I was going to say I'm kidding I'm I'm not kidding I've just been doing so much studying and this thing is literally changing my life I think yesterday I got I can't even keep track I'm getting close to 20,000 or over 20,000 steps every single day and here is where it gets a little spicy and fun is I've been adding weights so now obviously I can't do this while I'm editing and I've been editing right now if I'm just listening to a lecture I can absolutely do the weight it even prevents me from getting distracted like if an email comes up or like I have my hand I'm I'm busy you know what I mean I'm busy trying to stay as active walking wise as I possibly can and keeping my workouts really low impact I'm working with Lauren who is officially my practitioner now it's so helpful to have somebody who is not you you know since I read blood work it's helpful to have other eyes on you and I've been hearing you I always get the occasional like I wish are you ever going to Vlog again and I always feel like I am vlogging but I'm like am I not vlogging I don't know um maybe like more personal but literally personal updates I am on this treadmill I am studying all day I am so close this is where I'm at right now I am so close to finishing my highest level of Education of blood chemist that I've that I have thus far and I am finishing all of the classes that are online and then once I pass those then I submit my final project in case studies studying studying studying so that's lit this is literally what I have been doing this is what I do I basically wake up I read I go for a walk outside I'll go pop over to the farm you know I got to say I've been doing a little bit of online shopping uh in the in the in between just a little bit with the spring sales that have been happening right now so that's kind of fun I just got this cute little cardigan sweater from abber cromie from their spring sale so and some really cute linen pants maybe I should do like a fun I don't know I just feel like I'm just so immersed in blood chemistry but maybe we need to have a little fun you know maybe we should maybe I should show you what I got they just have some of my favorite things like this skirt that I'm wearing this linen skirt that I have right now I've had for over a year and it's the most comfortable it's double double lined and it's white so they just it's I love it they's some of my favorite pieces in my closet so I'm just going to be sitting here for the rest of the day getting in my steps and doing my studying and then I do have to return some of the stuff that I got from abber gromie okay this is the skirt I was telling you about so comfortable so cute I've literally gone hiking in this skirt and then this super cozy cardigan I love the color and I actually don't have a cardigan like this when I saw it and I I saw the sale I was like this is a good little neutral piece to add to my closet so comfy and light I love the sleeves I love that skirt so much I ended up getting this is not linen but I ended up getting it in Black it's the best fitting I love the length of the skirt I love how comfortable it is and then look at this jacket that I got okay look at this I went and made a return oh my gosh stop okay obviously not with this skirt this is I think the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life so fun for spring I'm I'm obsessed this is not for abber cromie this I got this in ordr I was going to make a return and I saw this and I was like great well that's the cutest thing I've ever seen and then I tried it on which that didn't help either and then next thing you know I was at the register because I'm like I think this is the most adorable jacket that I've ever seen and it's super lightweight but I feel like it's warm enough it'll be so good for like beach walks so I got that I cannot believe how much I love them they're like my dream pants they're double lined oh my gosh it would be so cute even with like a little belt yeah I'm definitely going to have to get them hemmed because they're a little bit too long they are not see-through at all these are also double LED so not see-through at all so comfortable I'm obsessed with them other hat sometimes it's hard to lay back because it's such a wide brim so I wanted something a little bit smaller and this is so cute okay and lastly because I am a personal trainer I get the vori discount and I saw this and I was like this is such a beautiful color for spring and I love this top I have it in brown so this with like some white shorts ooh and even the jacket oh oh my gosh little Spring Walk I can see it now I can see it now I loved hanging out with you I really have enjoyed so much my night routine it has genuinely my mornings have transformed my days because I'm getting up so much earlier and really able to have the quiet time I just feel like my focus and I'm just really ex I am excited to be done I'm excited to not to be not to be done not to be I always want to be learning but I just I'm really excited to kind of cross the finish line on this cuz this was a really big one for me so I am really looking forward to being done and having a little bit more flexibility in my days and I don't know being able to hang out a little bit more make some candles just kind of you know have some have some fun out and about days and get out a little bit more but I am in a really good routine at home and I do love being a home body so super content very thank ful and but I'm very much excited to cross the finish line so anyway I love you I hope I've been doing LMNT daily, and I had the thought to look up is there a such thing as too much and their is.. it can lead to muscle spasms, electrolyte poisoning, nausea, etc. is this something that can be checked in blood work?
