8-Step Longevity Workout w/ Mr1nf1n1ty

Derrick has an unusual style of working out that makes him play basketball at age 45 like he's in his 20s I start every workout with the sled or the backwards treadmill then I keep flowing from the ground up and I also train my hip flexors and abs from the ground up then I address years of imbalances and years of too much sitting and all that earns my right to start training upper body which I do with full range of motion to open up my posture then I finish with something to truly lock in that posture and I never leave the gym without doing a set of grip you can check my entire workout on the atg app now

  1. I believe the knowledge should be free.

And for 6+ years my job has been making coaching affordable.

ATGonlinecoaching.com: Programs with form-coaching under 24 hours, 7 days a week, for $49.50/month, with no contract and 1/2 off the first month so you can see how you like it

map.ATGforcoaches.com: With coaches now around the world, there may even be one near you whoโ€™s available for in-person training!

ATGequipment.com: All the unusual tools Iโ€™ve been creating to help make the ATG system more user-friendly

    UncivilizedSneaker.com: The foot-inspired shoes I wear

THANK YOU for making this possible!

  2. I'm black and even i said, 45???!!!! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ

  3. I would believe him if he told me he was 25โ€ฆAmazing.

  4. The first frame of this is so funny

  5. Dude is built like a Zulu warrior

  6. It is so awesome that you reply to every comment! Do you have any specific excercise reccomendations for high arches which have been causing shin splints. (obviously not medical advice i would ask a doctor before doing any new excercises)

  7. I work in a physically demanding job so sometimes I have no
idea what to do. I have had lots of overuse joint injuries.

  8. how long does this workout take xd

  9. Brilliant approach. Iโ€™m the same age as Derek, I better get to work so I can move and look as good as him. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  10. Does ATG help women jump higher?

  11. You have so many excercises but none for lower backs with disk herniation or safe lower back excercises .

  12. ๐Ÿ”ฅ He looks like a twenty year old, too ๐Ÿ”ฅ

  13. If he told me he was older than 24 I would ask for a birth certificate ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  14. I tried this.
Did calf raises until I couldnโ€™t walk, then went home for ice cream ๐Ÿ˜…

  15. Is there any way we can get the cheap version of how to do these exercises? With not the same power equipment or equipment you have at the gym but, the home version? ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… @Thekneesovertoesguy

  16. sitting here at 42 playing sports better than ever without a workout lol. I just never stopped playing.

  17. any advice on how to best exercise with a pulled back?…its bend overs that can return the pain, rest i can do..

  18. what? heโ€™s 45? ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿซก

  19. This is peak functional training.

  20. It's a couple of things I like that he did. One focusing on Legs and abs first, and then what he said about "earning my start to train upper body"
But with that being said, everyone find a workout that works for you and take what you like from everyone else.

  21. 21 yr old beast ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ that's crazy motivation

  22. I love it but itโ€™s not unusual for real trainers back in the day. My dad did all that thatโ€™s old-school. Glad itโ€™s come back into fruition thereโ€™d be those hand grippies all over the house lol.

  23. Yea itโ€™s called being black

  24. And he looks way younger than 45 too. Impressive.

  25. Definition of age is just a number.

  26. He knows his stuffโค

  27. Functional strength > bulking

  28. I need to see some identification because hes not 45. Thats good stuff bro!

  29. In SF they focus on legs and hips first, not upper body. A soldier needs to move and all skill with the knife and gun require diverse body movement never trained in the gym. If you don't train lower body, upper body movement becomes clumsy and even weak, making you a good laborer but a useless warrior. Gyms dont train warriors, they train laborers.

  30. Dudeโ€™s a beast! So awesome man, keep up the good work!!!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ฏ
