Thank you so much! ❤ – Mrs. Matheny
Realizing my knees hurt way too much to do the last two without crunching pain. Need to find someone who teaches for lower mobility
My legs and knees are just bad enough I can’t do the squat for more than like 5-10 seconds. Should I do the same as you do with the hang? Just put very lightly hold myself on the ground or a chair?
Short & sweet done right effective. Thanks for sharing. 👍❤️
Not sure how many beginners are doing the crawl. Remember many people at the beginner level struggle to get on the floor at all let alone get up.
Thank you,!. Frfr ,I think the same thing, "where do start"?
**Re: the hanging exercise
People with hypermobility disorders may need to engage their shoulder and back muscles to prevent ligaments from being what's stretching.
I prefer a mindful child's pose or even gentle traction by hanging forward over the bed.
This is exactly the push I needed today. Keep up the amazing work!
Incredible results in such a short time! Muscles: Every Man's Dream is all you need to build confidence and stay motivated.
It's mandatory to do warm up before this..?
Great video as always!🎉
I can relate to this and this is my keywords on the search bar "which do you need to do first mobility or strength training at home" coz I don't know where to begin 😢
Thank you! ❤
you explained this so well! Thanks
Long day working on the computer, felt stiff and achy. Wanted to find some easy workout that I could handle as a couch potato… found this video, feelin 200 % better now. THANK YOU!!!
Wow so good!! Thanks!
That tip about the deep squat was extremely helpful, not many people show the alternative way of doing it !
Hanging is messing with my trap – any trap solutions?
I'm trying this – the dead bug and squat are no problem. I am getting lots of knee pain with the crawl. Any way to modify?
For you
Dead bug —> 0:50
Crawl —> 2:33
Squat —> 3:55
Hang —> 5:45
The squat is the hard one. With tight hamstrings and a arthritic knee, makes it hard, but im working on it 👍
Can you recommend what to do if you can get into that squat?
Lovely and simple. Thank you
Love how bug-based this is. You ever seen a flabby bug? I don't think so
That’s some quality content in my opinion
How many days per week?
When I first started to look into gaining strength and flexibility all round I was hit with a plethora of options which of course left me confused and frustrated. After so much time I began to understand and learn which exercises do what and why. Seeing this video and with it being 2 years old now, I now fully appreciate how effective it is. If anyone is starting out, I can recommend this as a really good start – it goes against the usual exercises and workouts available all over the net but it's one of the most simple and bang-for-buck workouts you can do.
So simple and complete. Thankyou. It's just what I need and want. Perfect.
Suffering from backpain and shoulder pain. Began this for the first time in my living room and my pull up bar outside. And it was great for something simple.
