Really? Osteoporosis is associated with low muscle mass? I've always been active, work outside when I can. I'm 68, live on a steep bluff, built a little island – lots of heavy rocks, walk a lot (no car). My weight is optimal st 132, and I limit carbs because I was diagnosed pre-diabetic some years ago. Three months ago, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I always thought my bones and muscles were in decent shape. I carry 40 to 50 pound bags of feed around routinely: I attribute osteoporosis to levothyroxin, and not happy that I was denied a DEXA scan 4 years ago when I asked. There is very little flab on my body. I also understand that the health care industrial complex is skewed to value loot over life, and osteoporosis creates and supports a mukti-million dollar hip-replacement industry, so nothing the good doctor says should be taken at face value without independent research … which led me to you. Thank you for helping me try to reverse the damage.
Where is the food list?

So much for sticking around you didn’t give us what we’re supposed to do.
But I already know, carnivore diet!
😢😢😢😢😢 my case is so severe
Should say short
Does mounjaro affect bone density or muscle loss
I thought you were going to tell us something.
Dr. Doug 😢I just purchased a six month supply of Algaecal plus strontium from your website, and I just got through listening to a chiropractor on YouTube stating that strontium makes your bones appear denser than they really are 😮on Dexa scan. , this is the second time I've heard this lately, could you please help, have you heard of what they are saying, please help., not sure if I should take the strontium 🤦.
What about those of us with gut diseases and who cannot tolerate heavy meats and have absorption issues? 🤔
Or it can be from a parathyroid adenoma which needs to be removed in a 20 minute surgery
Classic “doctor” that don’t said anything till you buy something or get a consultant !!! Loser !! Ppl like you suck in that stupid industry
And……?????!????!???
This video did not teach me anything, it was a waste of my time.
Hi.. Where's the full podcast please
BS!
I need your help…
I’m 4’10” and shrinking. I never was a big meat eater. I love animals but I’m trying now.
I hope it’s not too late for me. I’m a 62 yr old gal that grew up as a tomboy on a angus beef cattle farm, baling hay , chopping firewood, push-ups and pull-ups before breakfast-worked like a man and loved it. If I had time I would run a couple miles before supper. I was so strong and fit. (5’6”. 125-130 lbs) At 45 my dad died, and I left the farm for our big trawler . Lived in it for 15 years working in boatyards doing man’s work, lifting outboards, shafts everyday. Was never sick, in great physical shape. Beat the guys arm wrestling. Never went to the dr bc I was never sick. No one ever mentioned anything to me about hormones or calcium. I was ignorant . During my time on the boat I began slowly losing weight. Attributed it to working too hard non stop. Still strong as an ox. Or so I thought. At age 55 I was t-boned by a van going 60 mph as I was turning off a state rd onto a driveway in the country on my Yamaha grizzly 4 wheeler. It’s big. But not big enough. I suffered a high velocity crush injury to my left tibia with four compartment syndrome, as well as my head going through the windshield. The four wheeler was totaled. It was folded around my left calf, which took the full force of the impact. They were barely able to save my leg, and I have suffered ever since from it can’t run anymore went into a pretty dark depression for years, lost all muscle tone Had many surgeries and now have CRPS in that leg. I’m not whining. I had the best 55 years a country girl could ever hope for during all these surgeries and saving my leg they found that I had osteopenia I never really gave it much thought as the primary focus was Warning off infection of my leg, hoping the rod they had put in my leg to replace my bone would not be rejected in constant fight with compartment syndrome and CRPS osteopenia really meant nothing to me. I knew I was a candidate for osteoporosis as my grandmother lost 6 inches in height, between the ages of 50 and 85 my mother was a frail woman as well. We are blonde blue eyed women with a family history of it fast-forward to now 62 years old. I’m living in Pensacola Florida, trying to overcome and fight this uphill battle of trying to get my strength and physique back which I now realize will never happen. This is being realistic, not having a pity party, I’m OK with it. I’m doing the best I can. I do not drive anymore since the accident I ride my bike everywhere and yes I know it actually contributes to osteoporosis. Just learned that from you can’t do much about that. Riding my bike last year I had a horrific accident Where I was being chased by someone and I hit the railroad tracks were that were in ill repair, which grabbed the front tire of my bicycle, threw me down the railroad tracks. I landed on top of the bike that landed on my arm, and I had to compound fractures, one of the one of the radius now have a plate in my wrist And have very little range of motion which is my dominant arm. Arthritis is horrible but I’m still trying I paint houses now. it hurts but it hurts good at least I feel like I’m doing something similar to what I used to do. When I did break my arm, I discovered that I have now upgraded to having severe osteoporosis with a DEXA scan of -4 I guess I’m a walking bag of bone dust, I have just discovered in the last couple weeks and I for the first time have decided that I am going to take charge of my bone health as well as my entire well-being. I want to learn everything I can from diet to exercise I’m going to pour 100% of my Sally into it And there’s a lot of Sally left. I can’t tell you what discovering you and your channel on YouTube has done for my outlook on the rest of my life. I’m so sorry for this long drawn out text but I’m not very good at emailing I grew up in the age of manual typewriter, so for me just doing this it’s something, in fact, I had signed up for your class the other day and for an hour I fiddle farted around with the computer zoom whatever and I was about to throw the thing across the room so I guess zoom and me are not compatible. Lol but I can still learn, I don’t know what I’m expecting you to comment on this long drawn out spiel my daughter would be horrified and would scold me appropriately. So anyway, I’m on board just introducing you to me and look forward to building bone! Thank you so much.
High protein high fat! Lots of red meat! No carbs no sugar
Whatever you do, I hope you're not including vegetables full of Oxalates.
Carnivore diet!
What about women who have been in surgical menopause for 12 years and the doctor refused any hormone replacement. I’ve done a lot of research and found out and I hope it’s true. That bio identical natural made estrogen like from yams doesn’t cause the problems that the synthetic estrogen does.also I have been diagnosed with osteopenia 60s and I do love vibration but I think it’s doing something to my corneas. I use 30 MHz one minute on one minute off for 10 minutes three times a week. Also stomping hanging onto a chair and stomping the ground eight times a few times a day.
