Great Chanel, my problem is motivation. I’ve trained for sports team7 days a week for years now I just stopped and I’m realized I didn’t really enjoy it I just did it. Now I have to love training again.

You know how they say you must eat more to gain muscle and eat in a calorie deficit to lose fat?? My interpretation of what she said is that if you're overweight and you eat in a calorie deficit, you'll lose fat AND the energy you need to gain muscle will be supplied by your body's fat reserve (the excess fat). So yes! You can do both.
