these are the four meals that I eat every day to build muscle and stay lean while doing I love my meal plan it's fun and hopefully this helps your first meals bacon eggs rice cakes and blueberries I eat this about an hour and a half before I hit the gym these are pasture-raised eggs with extra egg whites cooked in grass-fed butter for some more saturated fat some advice always keep them moving in the pan and cooking bacon in the airfryer super convenient I've been making homemade Chipotle for meal too every day so easy and delicious for a meal prep been tinkering with this recipe and I've got it nailed honestly it's better than theirs marinate the thighs and throw them on the grill as they finish cooking I get the cilantro lime rice ready place the chicken down and top it with some pico de gallo and low-fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream some extra protein usually I'll have this with pineapple and guacamole which I didn't make today now meal three is usually a protein with higher fat content than meal too steak and veggies with some kind of carbohydrate potatoes rice or sometimes bread and if I'm in the mood I'll make salmon Instead This is how I end the day easy high protein yogurt it's Greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of protein Skippy peanut butter protein works really well apples for dipping and blueberries on the side
