Fix your posture and reduce backpain | 10 Minute Daily Stretch Routine



Welcome to this 10 Minute Stretching Routine to improve your posture and reduce backpain. This session is perfect when you spend most of the day sitting, or if you tend to a tight neck or back.

In this Yoga inspired routine we will open up the shoulders, expand the chest, mobilize the spine and gently strengthen the back. This will help you to improve your overall posture and gets you your daily dose of flexibility & mobility at the same time.

I designed this sequence with exercises which smoothly slide into each other, which makes the whole experience feel like a comfortable and lovely flow.

  4. day 5 of doing it and at first my back used to hurt me a lot and i got bored sometimes to do these stretchs but now it makes my back and body a lot lighter, you'll addict to it but don't stop doing them

  7. A simple THANK YOU and yes, when one smiles when doing these exercises it feels better and is easier in the stretching. Thank you for confirming that stretching the body is just as important as other body exercises i.e. weights, running etc

  9. Following this exercise and realizing that posture is not the only thing I need to work on, but my mobility as well 😀😀

  10. Okay so I've already started doing it. It's day four but I don't see any changes. I think it will take more 3/4 days to see changes. I wish my back will become straight so that I can wear fancy tops😅 I'll edit it again thank you okay its day 10 but still can't see any changes😢 i think I don't know why but I think it's because I work on laptop

I Been doing this for about 20 days (not consecutively) and its definitely doing something , i also go to the gym but im not a professional or anything so im pretty sure this is what is helping me i been told that my posture is getting better and my pain is almost completely gone you just have to show up for yourself whenever you can.
