talking about breakfast here's a breakfast this what's my suggestion for breakfast um this a ginger uh but Ginger you need to sh the skin because the skin brings a cold a ginger itself bring warm into your body and the dats dats not too much just maybe three three uh three piece of this and GOI Berry GOI Berry that's very good for liever and KY functions and good for your eyes so goberry in the beginning you can take 20 or 30 pieces each day then after maybe half year or three months you can decrease a l too much continue h just decrease it and this is black sugar all this can increase our the body temperature bring Yi into our body and uh also help our spring function spring function kidy liver function uh so this is especially good for women for people any age but over 40 is even better and also uh vegetables noodles salt say the salt morning time the salt Ginger is nutrition to us but at the dinner time or after dinner don't eat too much salt and uh Ginger that's not good for us don't eat fruit with unut stomach eat food after you eat uh and also some food is especially summertime naturally huh summertime the fruits like watermelon coconuts have lots of coldness so um you at least you're very hot don't don't eat them see the coconut tree grow in the tropical area not grow up here because it's you know they just the nature knows how to balance it so that they bring cold to balance the Heat and the watermelon also come in the summer time because it's also bring the cold into the body to balance the heat it's not coming in the winter time naturally so it the seasonal food it the local food that's a b because it's the nature lows what balance the local environment
