I'm Eunice Sanchez Mata and I'm here today with dr. Robert Gillespie a cardiologist at sharper East Ely Medical Center and as we go into February which is national cardiovascular disease awareness month I think there's lots of topics that you and I can talk about today first of all heart healthy diets I know this is one of your passions and I'd love to hear more about it one of the things we know in terms of decreasing cardiovascular risk is that we want to die that's rich and vegetables find the vegetables that you really enjoy rich in fruits and beans you know beans are very good source of protein I think many people think that you can't get protein in the more than that based diet but I think all of the major diets have some benefit have at least that basic understanding that you want to be eventually rich in these problems so a plant-based plan please approach that doesn't mean you can't have some meat that means you can't have dessert on occasion or some alcohol on occasion but your diet and principle should be plant-based and if you look at one such diet this is one that's very rich in vegetables and fruits and you can see there's fish there also I see the color is a very colorful diet you know lots of bright vibrant colors in all the veggies and fruits there you [Music]

  3. I was haven herpes 2 on my private part. I have had them for about 2 and a bit years. I am so scared what my mates are going to says if there should fined out i have herpes on my private part and due to the virus my girlfriend broke up with me. I have been to the Doctors 9 times to get it treated. They all come back. I have been using Tee Tree Oil and Wartner (You freeze them at home) and they seem to be keeping the smaller herpes small but they can't seem to treat the larger ones. They don't get any bigger, but then they can't shrink as much. They get smaller a little part at a time. At least they are getting smaller! As soon as I see a new herpes appearing, then I treat it. At the moment I have been using Tee Tree twice a week and then using Wartner every 2 weeks. I was wondering if there was any other information about how to get rid of it. However after my friend follow it, and finally lost tons of weight by using it without starving herself. I'm persuaded.   10. I wanna try this it's like I start off great I had a heart attack at 33 I'm 34 now but maybe if I blend up my veggies I can do better with this it's like my body is getting pissed off that I'm putting good healthy food down can u help me

  11. Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'm going to give you some advice right now. Look for a popular lose weight diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (search on google). Thanks to it I have lost tons of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I don't really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a excellent mood right now so I will share the wealth lol.

  15. i'm reading the china study now and i'm already halfway through the book getting a sense of how to change my diet without changing what I like to eat…for example this weekend I ate a veggie wrap with veggie patties at subway and went to Walmart for plant based hot dogs and whole wheat hot dog buns…I just had 3 softdrink sodas and 5 beers which can be changed to juice and lite beer

  18. I will give you a tip, don't eat manufactured foods, and that includes seed oils. Eat vegetables some root vegetables, some fruit (berrieds are a good choice), Animal protein is the best, and you will get the fats we have eaten throughout our history.

  19. I do lean towards a plant-based lifestyle. I love legumes, but they HATE me. I bloat terribly after eating beans and peas. What to do?
