  12. This is a great video! When I was at my last job my to do list never ended and I felt like I had to do everything. After becoming self employed I quickly learned to just tackle 1 or 2 bigger things a day and get really good at saying No. I put requests through a filter 1) Does it make me money? 2) Does it actually make an impact? 3) Do I actually have the time? Usually the answer ends up being No and its one less thing on my list 🙂

  15. Excellent insights Adriana… for me what really works is I stopped multi tasking so much. I find that by focusing on one thing at a time, I accomplish a lot more in the same amount of hours !

I absolutely agree that those crazy long to-do lists can be so overwhelming… Loved what you said about burnout: if you overwork yourself, you're not going to be productive.   25. Hey Adriana! I adore all these tips. I agree you need to set-up sleep sleep time and time to destress. I've made it a point to schedule a monthly massage day each month. My time management tip- Use a timer and only work in blocks of 15-30 minutes. This has helped me immensely.
