How to not be time blind w/ ADHD? It's a huge pain in the ass for me.
Always I try to managed my time ⌚ ⌚ by dividing my time one by one to my work schedule then I turn on my alarms of my work time I continues like this always in my life
I think it's harder for me. I am a homeschooled highschooler, but I'm also an older sister to 3. It's distracting to take care of my siblings, do housework and get school done. When I don't babysit, I get distracted. However, I feel like I'm not the only one who has a similar life of having baby siblings to take care of, but I don't know why it's so hard for me… This video helps though, so thank you for the tips!
I thought I use my time wisely at work but now after watching the video, there is room for improvement. Thank you for these steps, I will definitely work to see where my time is being wasted.
Cool

This is a splendid array of content. A parallel book I read was a pivotal moment. "Dominating Your Clock: Strategies for Professional and Personal Success" by Anthony Rivers
Thank you so much ! How can I get the written copy of this vidoe please?

adorable!
Is there a way to have this captioned correctly? I would love to share this with my college students but it requires accurate captions. Thanks!
I love the RAC methond.
Say No to some tasks and delegate
One thing that bothers me though, is that sometimes that "wasted time" is necessary, like just having a short conversation, or staring into space. You can't always be doing doing doing! Sometimes you need "unproductive" time, and sometimes that time will even help you perform better in the end. Any thoughts?
