Thank you for this information. Starting on the supplements today. Ive known for a while I'm ca/mg deficient, but this is the jumpstart i needed to get on a daily regimen of Mg intake.
Don't change your outlook or approach to work. Ignore the root cause, work out a bunch, take a bunch of expensive supplements, meditate, get some sunshine, wear stupid glasses, problem solved.
I completed a week! Just to start another week 😞 yep thats burn out, a 2 day weekend isn't enough to heal, i lost all my friends all i have is my bf & my cat, & my car. There doesnt feel like enough time to save for my dream life, because survival is too expensive as is, even getting paid 21$ an hour. If you only get 10 hours its not doing much, all my paycheck is going to go to bills, Nobody likes working, but i think we should be guarenteed enough for survival, considering company only give you 3 offdays a year, and some people need more than that, some of us are so burnt out we never get to recover, because rent and phone bill and car gas and food, hygiene everything keeps coming, it doesn't stop

I'm surprised you didn't mention walks in nature. Seriously. Maybe that's a form of light manipulation and breathing, but it's also transcendental in its own way. Plus, the sunlight and air help you produce vitamin D and nitric oxide through your skin. This boosts your immune system and improves your outlook/attitude. I walk at least a half an hour almost every day and not on a stinking treadmill.
Lions mane makes no sense in black coffee tho
Early stage you will have high cortisol. Late stage is low cortisol.
Also has a lot to do with the adrenals.
If you have a real burnout you will need at least a year of good rest.

Thomas, when it comes to Lions Mane, can you confirm the stat that ones you engine taking LM you kinda need to stay on it? I heard somewhere that you actually do more harm than good by taking it, and then quitting? Thanks

Okay it’s probably not the most ketogenic snack but here it goes. We have a corporate market near us called fresh thyme and they make their own peanut butter so today I purchased coconut manna and their honey peanut butter and mix 2 tablespoons of each and put it on a zero carb wrap and thought I was in heaven. it tasted like this incredible peanut butter macadamia butter that comes from Hawaii from a company called North shore treats.
How do you deal with magnesium even in small amounts causing stomach issues? I've tried adding additional calcium to balance it but can still only takes small amounts of magnesium without side effects. I've also tried different forms of magnesium but still have the same issues with it. Any other suggestions?

This is much needed for me today, because I've felt sorta burnt out from this year. Though I wasn't working a "job", the pursuit of my creative, health, body goals and social goals and general life stuff took a toll a bit on my motivation and enthusiasm. I may have spurts of motivation and inspiration and tackle tasks, but I've felt super "meh" lately, even towards things I used to enjoy. I've felt this… waking up and feeling tired… That's 2020 for ya.
