I eliminated my inflammation with an anti inflammatory diet
Looking to kickstart your journey to an anti-inflammatory diet? Start with small steps that lead to bigger changes. Begin by cutting out gluten, dairy, and nightshades to reduce inflammation in your body. These foods are common triggers for inflammation and can exacerbate autoimmune symptoms like joint pain, fatigue, and bloating.
Next, work towards eliminating processed foods from your diet. These foods are often high in inflammatory substances like sugar, trans fats, and artificial additives. By focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods, you can help reduce inflammation and alleviate symptoms associated with autoimmune conditions.

the biggest lie they tell you with an autoimmune disease is that medication is your only solution when in reality food is your solution starting an anti-inflammatory diet doesn't have to be this big daunting task eliminated all of my joint pain my hair is growing back I feel better at 46 than I did at 18 it starts with making small changes the biggest things that cause inflammation for people with autoimmune diseases are gluten dairy night shades night shades are a category of vegetable the biggest offenders on those are tomatoes peppers all peppers and then include your spices with peppers like paprika eggplant don't try and tackle the world just start with the big pieces I wouldn't even start with gluten and dairy I would start with dairy that alone you'll feel so much better then go to gluten and then start to eliminate your processed foods the more Whole Food your diet can be the more your body will start to change you can always go back to the way that you feel now what's the Harmon trying something different that might

Grocery store eggs for me , caused hip pain and stomach pains.
Please have Dr Goldener’s smoothies, you’ll love them. It has helped so many people with autoimmune conditions completely HEAL!!!
You look 18 😂
I noticed my body was bloating specifically in my mid section after coffee (creamer) religiously like 2x a day)) mind you ive been drinking it for years!! Well i quit coffee(realized it was dairy at this point) so here i am now wondering if i have autoimmune disease cus ive ALWAYS had issues with gluten 😮💨
Kidney disease increases inflammation and lowers immunity, the result can be auto immune disfunction eg arthritis. Get your kidneys checked BEFORE GOING ONTO ANY CRAZY DIET. The kidney function test will determine your filtration rate. Anything less than 90% is kidney disease. After determining kidney function, use a kidney friendly diet to build up your kidneys and you may find you have no arthritis or other autoimmune disease.
In conclusion, put the Dr’s office before the internet influencer.
Does this mean with the anti inflammatory diet you don't need to take medication
carbs and high cholesterol, these are the problem.
Everything I like has to go. Damn.
I really appreciate you so much♥️
I have uterine fibroids.. I have to be on an anti-inflammatory diet. I wanna do it but I don't know where to start.
To whoever is reading this, know that Jesus loves you. He died on the cross bearing the weight of all sins in the world so we can be saved and live with him in heaven for all eternity. Jesus is waiting for you with his loving arms. Please repent before it's too late, Godbless!
I love nightshades! All the ones you mentioned. I have to agree with some of the people on here. The American food is what’s wrong and how they grow it. I met many people who say that they have been able to eat just about anything in other countries and actually lose weight or feel better.
Eliminating gluten and dairy doesn't work for me. I am quitting all gluten free items as well. I am severed inflamed.
Do you know if lactose free dairy is anti-inflammatory….or not ⁉️
46… wow thought u was in your 20,s no bs
46???? You don't even look 30
Can you do a WIEIAD please? I’m interested in starting but would like to know what that looks like. ❤
Props to this guy hes so well studied and understands what and why hes doing things. This inspired me to go ahead and be a mad scientist about getting myself back together
Im ordering NAD+ nowwwwwww
Eliminating inflammatory foods as well as stress helps so much
So true and ditch the salt.
No way she's 46 😅
Oh wow Thank You Thank you so so much💓💓💓
Great advice. Thanks
It took me over 40 years to figure out that lectins were a HUGE culprit for me, which most of the foods listed here are very high in.
From all the influencers I watch and all the anti inflammatory messages I see, whenever I look at the comments
…it seems as though what helps one person maybe be a little different from another person.
Gluten is not big monster everyone thinks it is. Listen to SUE BECKER,before you decide that.
Sooo…nightshades, yes or no?
I'm on Keto and my bloodwork is good so far. No sugar or flour and starches. I mostly eat any protein as in meat, eggs, some cheese. I will eat mixed nuts in moderation.
I would say that not all dairy is the same. I would say that store processed milk is probably the worst thing out there, but real butter is beneficial, if it isn't cooked/heated to destroy the enzymes. Goat milk is much better than cow milk, but not affordable. Whey protein powder; especially from grass raised animals is super beneficial and is still affordable if bought from big supplement providers.
The biggest lie is that you’re intolerant of things God gave you. Your microbiome is broken and you just need the good gut bugs back and you can eat everything!
What a vile voice she has. Omg. Like chalk on a board. Horrible accent.
Having this plastic fake coffee???
I love my nightshades 😢😢😢 and I know it doesn't agree with me wah
I love this
I lost 30 pounds in 9 months and my foot pain, possible plantar fascia is gone!! Changing diet was all I did.
The biggest lie is that they are poisoning our food! The gluten issue is not that it’s the poisons in our grains
Certain processed sugars give me flare ups. I have hyperthyroidism, and another virus hsv1 (from child s.a).
What helps me is 1) hydration – drinking more flavored water thru the day. 2) nsaid aleve 220mg x6 a week. 3) avoiding excess baked goods like prepared pastries and cakes. I am fine that day, but the following day it feels like my body is on fire and like i am walking thru water, everything is heavier, sluggish, like i was knocked down. 4) i like greens and caffeine drinks. 5) self massage and stretching 6) multi vitamin half 2x a day with meals
as someone with an autoimmune disease sugar and all grains cause inflammation not dairy not nightshades
❤
You're 46?! You look amazing.
What I do is eliminate fat and dairy.
