what is the number one best anti-inflammatory food in the entire world can you take a guess you think it's omega-3 Fetti acids fish oils not even close there are so many things that create inflammation we have gluten we have refined sugars seed oils alcohol junk food etc etc but most inflammatory conditions I'm talking about autoimmune I'm talking about arthritis type problems originate in the gut and you can drink all the fish oil you want it's not going to do anything you must change your diet okay and the primary food that I'm going to recommend that can heal the gut which is the food that has the most glutamine glutamine is like a Healer of your gut and the food that has the most glutamine is red meat okay beef that is the food that is the best healer for your gut

  4. I was known as the steak lady. Grew up on organic grass fed steak. Breakfast was a small slice of fillet steak and an organic egg for example. I had chronic fatigue syndrome, psoriasis, fibromyalgia for 30 years and had B12 injections. At 49 I went vegan. Now 63, never take supplements. I’m healthier than I was at 18. I’m different from most vegans in that I had never had dairy and if forced I could go back to beef, but life as a vegan is just too good.

  7. I was waiting for it. I knew it was red meat lol. It has way more bioavailable nutrients than plants too. People like to play dumb but they know that they see veggies in their poop lol. They don't see meat because we absorb it 🤷🏽‍♂️.

  9. I stopped eating Red meat 🍖 3 years ago. How is Red meat is best for anti inflammatory food. Ok, i will stick to fermented food. Red meat raises your cholesterol levels.

Dr berg u a game changer for me u have made my life so much better my mother had been struggling with health issues from very long time she lost her teeth in her 30s since I Changed her diet n started with health products of dr berg she is doing great as she has arthritis one hand fingers don’t work now but still she doing much much better than before it’s a miracle thanks you please tell me this that can we eat mutton liver or mutton instead of beet meat cause in India we have no access to beef and also can we eat pomegranate n black seed oil the reason I m asking this is cause she is eating 2 spoon’s of olive oil so will it be okay to add on these two things as well thank-you so much God bless you keep up the good work

  16. You keep recommending steaks and beef, steaks and red meat and bacon and so forth.

    For those of us who have an ethical problem with killing animals that are in some case is smarter than our family pets, this is not helpful advice.

    Maybe you could think about the vegetarians every once in a while.
