Intermittent Fasting Tips | Don't Ignore!



Intermittent fasting is one of the tools to help you lose weight.
But being hungry all the time is an absolute grind.

Here are 3 quick tips you need to follow that will help you with intermittent fasting, help you stay full, and help you lose weight.

1. Stop drinking alcohol – drinking alcohol is going to dysregulate your blood sugar and cause you to have poor quality sleep, which is going to make you ravenous the following morning.

2. Stop eating food that you know will make you hungry or give you cravings – carbs. Carbs, especially refined carbs send your blood sugar into orbit which will launch your appetite to the moon.

3. Prioritize eating protein – on average 16% of calories are coming from protein. Double that up – make it 30-40% of total food consumed.

  2. I just bought the grass fed beef gelatin and 0 cal hydration tablets. Also adding in more whole foods and high fiber/low calorie "treats". Well see how it goes.

  7. 2 meals a day, eat in a 8 hr window, 16 hour fast, and almost never hungry. I could probably get by on 1 meal a day but I don't want to get too skinny.
    Sugar is bad, alcohol only on very rare occasion…I have never craved alcohol. 69 y.o. bike and swim everyday or try to….one or two days off for rest.
