Starting my health and weight loss journey to feel more confident in my body and I listen to this after my workout or during always makes me want to not give up ! It’s crazy bc on the very first morning I said these affirmations- later in the day I had two experiences where men were extra gentlemen: one guy held the elevator open for me and let me go in first, uber deliverer picked up my bags off the floor after placing them there and handed them to me
Second morning I said this, the. Later in the day the same thing: a man was extra kind to me in the hallway of the building a smiling and saying hello, then I was at the store on the phone with my mom telling her how I didn’t know where the baskets were and a random man overheard me say that and helped me out and told me where they were (didn’t work there)
