I got a new "smart" watch,& I tracks my stress level which is very interesting 2 check throughout my day, especially when I'm super upset,or angry about something, I always see wht the numbers are. I kno its not 100% accurate, but it definitely is a great way 2 keep yourself accountable whn gettn steps,&active minutes. Breathing is an important & extremely helpful tool whn anxiety, stress,etc kicks in🫂🥰💚🖤💙🖤💜🖤
