hey friends haven't done one of these videos in a little bit so I'm going to show you what I'm eating during each of my breaks the chicken casserole this is my first coffee of the night and it's like 10 30 p.m I'm craving this fruit bar so I'm eating it right now so good it's a that's it bar a mango and this one's a Prebiotic and probiotics for lunch I have scrambled eggs with cheese I made myself a mama mocktail it's about 3 30 in the morning and I'm actually not that hungry right now but I did pack a cup of noodles because oftentimes in the middle of the night I crave something that's not very healthy so I brought it but I just want something crunchy so I have these mini cucumbers nope that trench triggered me to want chips it's the morning now I didn't get my last break but I'm just gonna eat before I go home here are other things I brought but didn't get to it bye

I always feel like I’m the abnormal night shifter. I never really eat/snack during my shifts. I’ve tried training my body to eat like I would if I wasn’t working and it really works! So I have dinner right before I go into work and that, with water during my shift sustains me until I’m off and it’s time for breakfast!
