Welcome to my over 50s 20 minute hiit cardio workout. This full body workout is suitable for all levels with low impact options available.
We have 10 exercises for 1 rounds. We will repeat the same exercise twice before moving on to the next one.. With each exercise we will spend 40 seconds on each one with a 20 seconds rest.
This over 50s hiit cardio workout will include a warm up with exercise demos as we go along. At the end of the workout there will be a full body cool down stretch.

Good one, Anthony! My knees were especially grumpy today, so I opted for the gentler form. I did use a heavier weight and sped up to compensate. I was breathing hard by the end. Thanks, and have a great week.
