This meditation is designed to shift your awareness away from the chaos of life and toward a state of calm, peace, and centeredness. 😌

Welcome to a guided meditation to reduce overthinking and anxiety. By the end of this practice, you will feel extremely relaxed and calm in both body and mind. [Music] Come to a comfortable seated pose. Sit either on a chair or preferably on the floor. Keep your legs crossed if you can. Lean your back against a wall or your chair. Your back should be touching a wall or the back of your chair. Sit comfortably. Keep your hands in your lap facing upwards. [Music] Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, [Music] relax. Take another deep breath in. And as you exhale, relax even [Music] further. Take one last deep breath in. And as you exhale, completely relax your body. Leave it [Music] loose. As you return to normal breathing, bring your awareness to the top of your head, the topmost point of your [Music] head. And feel all the sensations going on. At this [Music] point now slowly take your awareness to your forehead. Become aware of what sensations are there in your forehead. If there is any heaviness, release it right [Music] now. Try and release it. Now slowly move your awareness to your [Music] nostrils and feel the inhalation and exhalation. [Music] [Music] Move your awareness to your lips and stay aware of the sensations created by your lips joining. [Music] Slowly move your awareness to the bottom of your throat. [Music] foot and stay with all the sensations in this area. [Music] Bring your awareness to your shoulders and release if there is any tension or stiffness in your shoulders. [Music] Now move your awareness to the center of your chest where the rib cage [Music] meets and observe the sensations of your heartbeat. [Music] [Music] It's move your awareness to your belly and feel the movement of your belly with your inhalation and exhalation. The slow expansion of your belly and the slow [Music] contraction. Move your awareness to your back. and feel the sensation created between your back and the wall or chair. Just stay with the sensation. [Music] Now very slowly move your awareness to your [Music] hips. And again observe the sensations between your hips and the flow beneath. [Music] [Music] Bring your awareness to your knees and see if you can relax your knees even [Music] [Music] [Laughter] further. Bring your awareness to your feet. and relax your feet. And stay with the sensations created at the bottom of your [Music] feet. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale, relax your [Music] body. Take another deep breath in. And as you exhale, relax your body even further. Let go. Relax. Take one last deep breath in. And as you exhale, completely relax your entire body from head to toe. Loose, relaxed. [Music] We will very slowly come out of this meditation. Bring your hands together. Rub your [Music] hands. Place them on your eyes. And very gently open your eyes.

  11. Pardon me but i am a minor, cant disclose my age today I encountered some grotesque graphic videos of human m💀ders. And i am terrified not by those videos but by the fact that i felt nothing and i had been on that website for 30 minutes straight encountering various vids i cant describe – it was not an adult video, it was a horrific but at that time I felt nothing. Now i fear myself what have i become. Am i same as those people in the vids Its all messed up that is why I came here but to honest this video didnt help me though its very effective for others what i saw cant be erased from my mind whenever I close my eyes those live m💀ders come. I just wanted to share it to someone even if only one replies to it. I will feel a little less sad

  13. I have been practicing meditation for some time now and this video has helped. After meditating with the help of this video i realised few things and it would be helpful of you guys consider this suggesion – Some of us has a lot of noise and racing thoughts in our mind and anything fast makes us feel overwhelmed and restless. In thid video there isn't much space given, as the video starts the pace of meditator is fast, thoda theraav zaruri hai while you narrate those words like "take a deep breathe".. and in just 2 seconds you say exhale, and it feels a little fast paced. This is a guided meditation video and it should be a little slower and it should give us enough time to breathe, hold our breathe and exhale. It feels like somebody is rushing us to do the meditation. I hope you consider this sugegstion, and make another video for people like me, just another version of the same guided meditation but a little slow, allow us to breathe. Thank you :)💛
