most important thing is change our diet and our diet is high in starch and sugar refined oils it's full of additives pesticides herbicides emulsifiers thickeners additives sweeteners I mean it's a disaster and it's an inflammation-causing mess for example gluten is a huge inflammatory food in our diet because of the way we change our wheat production people go to Europe and they don't react but in America the dwarf weed has way more gluten proteins way more starch and sugar so it's way more inflammatory ideally you can get a hold of heirloom gluten foods pharaoh and criticali and chemet and Emma weed and einkorn weed and Zeo wheat I mean these may be better for you if you don't have celiac disease and they may not cause the same level of inflammation Dairy is the other big one and in my practice I see it all the time it creates congestion and digestive issues and allergies and acne and generalized inflammation and of course sugar sugar is a huge Factor by its effect on laying down belly fat adipocytes which are your fat cells produce cytokines these inflammatory molecules that grow around your body creating basically a wildfire of inflammation

The wheat here in the US is the same as in Europe. They process it more here, though. If you mill your own wheat (with an electric countertop mill, for instance) and use it fresh out of the mill without sifting any of it out, you won’t experience the gluten sensitivity, and you’ll enjoy immense health benefits. How to eat healthy with a nervous system in constant survival mode -> having low energy to almost chronic fatigue level and shopping and food prep are costing a lot of spoons.

Is organic dairy or A2 dairy fine? Or any dairy is inflammatory?

An annual Doctors blood test should measure crp, or c-reactive protein,as a marker for systemic inflammation in the body .Crp shouldn't be more than 1.0 ,and if it is a dietary change/exercise can bring it into range .
Unfortunately those are all very addictive. People refuse to stop eating those foods.
I have a friend who started with pre diabetes, then type 2 diabetes, then insulin dependant, now he has a pump which releases insulin every time he eats carbs. He get all kind of health problems do to the diabetes. Last thing I knew he lost one eye sight already. However, his doctors never suggest to change his diet. His doctor told him that carbs are very important. Therefore , he eats breads, pasta, buckets of ice cream, lots of fruits and so on because his doctor told him it's ok!😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
