The PERFECT 10 Minute Posture Routine | Easy Daily Stretch!



10 minute perfect Posture workout for correcting poor posture. Daily stretch routine to treat neck hump or text hump, also known as Dowager's Hump, is typically associated with older women aged 50-59 due to the sudden drop in estrogen during menopause. However, younger people of every gender are now developing this condition as well, often due to prolonged technology use and poor posture, which has led to the condition being called text hump, text neck, or tech neck. Neck hump can be caused by medical reasons such as osteoporosis, degenerative spine changes, congenital disorders, and underlying bone or ligament conditions.
Symptoms may include pain, muscle fatigue, stiffness or tension in the neck and upper shoulders, burning sensation on the spine between the shoulders, headaches and migraines, noticeable forward rounding posture of the shoulders, and forward leaning of the neck. Prevention and treatment options for neck hump include good posture practices, regular exercise, and good nutrition. Here are ten exercises to prevent or improve posture-related neck hump. join me for the most perfect 10 minute posture routine we're going to do 10 exercises for 40 seconds on with a 10 second rest and these exercises are to correct your body from that forward position you have when you're sitting on a couch sitting at a desk slouching and looking downwards I am so excited let's get started first up we're going to do a chin tuck so we're going to touch our chin and touch our head oh mama and bring it up and down our bodies adapt but they don't optimize and that's why we need to do these exercises regularly to counteract all the damage we do on a daily basis [Music] along your arms to the back out and squeeze hold the squeeze and release take them back and squeeze just hold for as long as you can squeeze and down take them back and squeeze you're going to notice this is the opposite to slouch shoulders down one more back and squeeze great job this next exercise I want you to bend over like this as a searching position and try and breathe now bring your shoulders back straight shoulders and then Breathe Again can you notice the difference of your breathing and the oxygen flow so take it in slouch and then we're going to stand back and take some deep breaths but just so you know the difference sludge over and breathe it's restricted and then we're going to stand up and breathe [Music] and to your right ear and we're just gonna gently stretch and then the other side just be gentle gentle hmm and another side so good um change [Music] [Music] except take your arms wide and we're going to look to the left Center and then to the right keep your hands up and twist into that neck Center side Center side Center side Center [Music] great job after bring your arms to the center and to the side and we're going to push back so squeeze those shoulder blades head high and then back in again out squeeze squeezing those shoulder blades so they're strong head High Core held in and back squeeze and back squeeze [Music] take your arms up wide again and we're going to do the same kind of move but we're going to pulse for eight two three four five six seven eight great job bring it back and eight two three four five six seven eight back squeeze into those shoulder blades together and one more [Music] take your arms over your head and join your thumbs and we're going to stretch up as high as we can and hold then we're going to bring it down and back and hold take it up again interlock stretch up and hold up and down and back and hold up stretch head high core held in hold hold great job [Music] next up interlock your hands and pull them out in front of you so your shoulders are parallel to your hands and then just stretch into that and feel how good it is and hold and release gently and again [Music] stretch into your back feel that stretch think about your muscles think about your shoulders and we're working them we're strengthening them this last exercise is an old-fashioned one but it works every time we're taught stand with our back straight so that a book couldn't fall off our head so I think it's a great thing to practice this every day just stand here hmm if you can add some arms to just help with your balance and you can pulse if you can [Music] well done congratulations you have just done the work to start straightening yourself up and correct anything that's happening in your back that shouldn't be if you feel a slight straightening let me know in the comments below and if you did I'd really appreciate it if you'd click subscribe and like this video and share it with someone who you know has got a neck hump if you'd like to make your health your number one priority which it should be because without it we have nothing I'd invite you to join my 14 day challenge where we work out every day for 14 days and this is the kind of thing we do we work on our posture our strength our agility our vitality and our fitness and there's elements of posture building and back exercises in all of the workouts so I invite you to join that I'll leave a link in the description below and I wish you a happy and healthy day thank you so much for watching and I'll see you tomorrow
