This is true and I can vouch for it!! I did this for a month and I've lost a kilo or two. I did lifting and my muscles grew more but I barely burn my fats. My body doesn't have a good response towards heavy exercises. So now I'm muscular but fat at the same time.
I have pcos and need help with meal plans and types of exercises as well please I'm gaining more weight every dat am tired I do walks mostly late evenings yho
Did anyone face problems of scanty period or very less amount of bleeding for years due to pcos? I'm recently diagnosed with pcos based on my 1 year symptoms of scanty periods which was not a problem ever in my. I thought I m have premature menopause at 22 years of age. Or it feels my blood flow will never be normal. Did anyone else have this symptom?
So damn true… To lose weight quickly I had to run for a month and when I was fit then to maintain my weight I started walking 10k steps everyday…I l lost 13 kgs…This helped me a lot..The moment i stopped walking 10k steps daily I gained 5 kg and now I have to get back on track again

Honestly I do my best to hit 10'000 steps a day, and at least include it in my 30 mins per day work out. Xxx

It takes longer to Walk than run so you would be walking far longer than if you were running and you more weight running then walking ..
Walking also reduce testosterone level?

Currently my weight around 45kg and i have to get my target weight which is 37kgs and my height adound 157cm
I just got diagnosed with PCOS last year. It was such a relief to find out why i was overweight. I grew up Asian so you can only imagine growing up in USA being able to get richer foods than it is a third world country. Although in high school i was a size 5, my mom has been calling me fat my entire life. When i got older it got harder and harder to get the weight off and i kept gaining more and more weight and diet and excersice wasnt enough anymore. Im glad that ive dropped 20 pounds this year just due to getting metformin. I glad theres someone i can follow for tips. Thanks for spreading awearenss

Re the walking for PCOS weight loss… For me that's total nonsense. It has no effect at all. HIIT is the only way. Walking will not stimulate the muscles to receive glycogen.

Didn’t work for me. I was gaining walking 15-20k steps a day in a calorie deficit. PCOS SUCKS!
Sometimes you say 5000 steps and sometimes 10000
Got the idea that walking is best but 5k or 10k or 7k, why does it keeps on changing?😢

to get rid of pcos Symptomes i do daily 15 minutes exercises and follow strict diet.instead of eating sugar items Coffee and Flour products i started to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits
