  6. Im doing the 16hr fast currently. I went from 175 to 145 in 8 weeks. When I do eat I basically follow a keto or whole food diet. My goal is 130. Than workout for an hr.

  15. I lost 60 lbs on an anti-inflammatory diet. and intermittent fasting. I drank a lot of water with trace minerals every day. And I ate A LOT of FRUIT. I didn't look at carb counts. I just ate real GOD MADE foods. A lot of berries, apples for breakfast. Lunch was vegetables raw or cooked (either roasted in oven with olive oil or cooked in a bone broth on stove as a veggie stew). Ratatouille was my favorite recipe. The fennel seeds in it really give it the flavor!. Dinner was more veggies and some meat but I'd usually have meat at lunch time and leave dinner time to a lighter meal to get ready for resting my digestive system for sleep at night. I would allow 4 hours between end of eating dinner and bed time.

  18. Dr. Berg is great, but I'm not cutting out all carbs. I do a 8hr/16hr IM routine. If I'm not hungry I put off eating. Once a month I fast for 24+ hours. However, I am NOT giving up rice or potatoes as a side, nor toast. You have to live. Dr. Berg is obsessed with carbs. I cut out sugar in my coffee and only drink it black.
